Stayed in the villa rooms. Rooms were updated and clean. It had ample space in the living room and kitchen area. No complimentary water bottles, but can purchase from their store. There was a water refill station at the lobby. Check in was a bit slow. About 30 minutes for our 2 rooms. Loved the facilities, room and pools. Limited signage of where things were, so it was difficult to get around. No private showers for the pool. There are open showers to rinse off at the pools however.

My only complaint is that the air conditioning was set at 62 degrees and I had to get maintenance to come in and increase the temperature to bearable levels.

The place of stay was not near the pool which our family/ kids wanted to spend the evening. The one near our place (Bldg 19) was under renovation, hence had to go to another location which was quite a walk as there was another building (Preview Center) in between which was locked in the evening and hence had to walk around the building. We then went to another pool near Bldg 8 and the spa wasnt working. We called and they said they would arrive within 15mts, however we waited for more than an hour and no one showed up. We mentioned about this at the front desk, and they said they would see what they could do, do compensate for the inconvenience, however did not hear back yet.

Disappointed

On day of checkout, l came back to unit after work to find cleaning person inside. She was bagging some of my things, throwing out other things ie: toothbrush, coffee I had made among others. It was 2 hrs before check out time. It seemed to me things of value were set aside for purpose unknown. Very disappointed!!!!

Staff was great! We went to a show at the Sphere, it’s right next door, easy walk if you’re going there. Room was nice, large, clean. Ate at the restaurant, was above average. Would definitely return!
