The check in process was far too long. Waited in line for 15+ minutes to check in and was told that my request for handicap accessibility was overlooked and if it was okay they would downgrade my room to a smaller room with a queen bed for 3 adults. That would not work so we took the original room not knowing it was in the farthest building from the main lobby. If I wanted to I could take a shuttle which we did but each time I needed to get near the front lobby I would either have to call the shuttle or walk. This made it very difficult for my daughter who has a walking disability to go anywhere. The shuttle dropped us off at building 21 where we found our room on the second floor l,15 concrete steps up since there are no elevators in this building. Again very difficult for someone with a walking disability. The closest pool was closed and any of the so called amenities were up near the front lobby but o was promptly charged for 2 nights of a resort fee. Very discouraging. I was so disappointed with our accommodation. I tried to talk to the front desk associate but was frequently reminded that I could have had the downgraded room. I might have done that if I had any idea what I was getting myself into. I say why weren’t we put in buildings 1 or 2 or at least on the first floor. Or anywhere near the amenities. I’ll know better than to stay with the holiday inn again.

The location is perfect, right next to the sphere, walking distance to the Venetian, the Wynn and the Palazzo, the staff very friendly, the room was super clean. They have a mini market, a coffee shop and a restaurant, the pool is small but it was clean and in good conditions

The villa was well equipped with everything you could possibly need. Checking in was a breeze. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. It was located conveniently next to The Sphere. I could easily walk there for my show. I highly recommend staying here.
