We were a group of 5 visiting to see the Backstreet Boys at the Sphere. The location was perfect, you can literally see it from the compound. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable for a group, close to nearby attractions too. Had everything we needed. I would stay here again!

The room was great. We were told our room would have a gaming system and it did not. We tried to pick one up at the front desk twice and both times we were told they had a gaming system but no controllers. On vacation I usually could care less if our kids are gaming however at night for some downtime we were looking forward to letting them do so. Considering it was too cold for swimming, etc. The last time we checked with the front desk we were told "you don't need to be gaming anyways, you are on vacation, that is ridiculous" I was not impressed with her response because little did she know one of my children was sick so we had to cut our day short, my child who was healthy was bored and requested to play xbox. I rented this room because of all the amenities listed and then did not got what was promised

I have been a huge IHG supporter for decades. I am a platinum memeber and card holder. This property was terrible. The front desk employees were checked out, the room was horrible. The bed was uncomfortable, pillows as well. The use and a pose of this property was VERY evident. Headboard had huge scratches, crack in the floor. The cabinets in the cabinets and bathroom needed an overhaul. The two stars were for the only redeeming qualities. The overall attention to detail was lacking. Example-a used towel was hanging over our railing leading to the second story of our building for 2 days. Also, if you’re going to pitch us to come check out how to join the vacation club, don’t put us in a terrible room. If the front desk who assign the rooms know you’re going to pitch the club (you have to get your room keys activated by stopping at the vacation club desk) then make sure the rooms are up to par. The gentleman that would drive you from the front desk to your room were very help and pleasant and the location.

This resort is okay due to having a kitchen and living room with enough space. But there is very limited choices to eat around the resort and the pools are very tiny. It’s not your typical luxury hotel. Another downside is that it is expensive. They charge a resort fee and then they don’t disclose at time of booking anywhere that you will be also charged an “incidental fee” of $115 more that is automatically charged to your card when you check in. They claim it’s a hold and can take up to 30 days to get it back after you check out. Beware when booking this resort if you have your budget already calculated or looking for a typical hotel, it’s more of a community apartment building type of atmosphere. You have better choices along the strip for the price you pay.
