My room was clean, comfortable & QUIET! The old style fixtures added to the charm. The main bar service was hit or miss, but the machines were fun & paid. The Cowgirl Up bar & licker up rotating bar were fun & great service. Would definitely stay here again!

One of front desk workers ignored our complaint about noise and request to relocate us. Our room was affected by fan systems or so that only by our room was loud noise and feels like earthquake in unit, even glass water was shaking. Can you imagine how was it to stay in shaking wall , floor? The last day of staying noise gone. The room was little cold , so I wanted on air conditioning but it’s didn’t work. Regarding, other nice lady on front desk took care of extra blanket. Overall, it’s ok hotel, but I won’t stay there again

Staff on the first day were fine. Room was good and no problems. When checking out the staff were disinterested and quite rude to us. Also, still not recieved a refund for our security deposit. Also a guy working the front bar was rude and disinterested in serving us so we just walked away and got drinks elsewhere.

We stayed in the original hotel section. Haunted is publicized but no uncommon occurrence observed. Room was old and dark, clean towels and bedding. No ckear window to allow natural light in. Noise from Fremont St is present but we consider this as part of Fremont Experience. Gaming floor is older and dark. Service is great. Many locals present during our time there. Air conditioning needed run constantly.

This was a very old room. No dresser, full mirror, coffee maker, vanity space, can’t see out of the windows, the closet was so narrow you couldn’t hang any clothes and the bathroom only had room for one person. If you’re looking for a clean room with only a bed, bathroom absolutely no extra frills, this one is for you. Oh and don’t forget it’s haunted. We found out after our experience the first night. The hotel was built in the 30’s, so there’s no telling who or what we experienced, but it was obvious.

Temperature was great. Shower was surprisingly nice; it’s not always like that in remodeled older buildings. I’ve stayed other places in Fremont and it’s always loud but this was probably the quietest place we’ve stayed even despite its nearness to The Fremont Street Experience.
