Clean room with a great view. Main electric being at the main door meant was inconvenient. Check in was smooth, service was excellent, particularly the Bell desk and Valet Services, Miguel was awesome. Didn’t eat there but food, bar and Starbucks conveniently located. 5 mins to the Cosmopolitan conference area. Would absolutely stay again.

Such an amazing place to stay. The condo hotel was huge with a full kitchen 2 bathrooms, dining area, living room and private bedroom. Washer and Dryer as well. Comfortable bed and place to stay. Clean and had more than what we needed. The walk to the nearby casinos is through a covered connector which was really nice. We loved our stay here and thought it was amazing. When we checked in at Vdara they let us know that even though it was owner owned they there for anything we needed. Valet parking was included for free which was a huge bonus. We don't normally need daily cleaning so that was not an issue for us at all. We loved our stay. It exceeded our expectations and was wonderful! I hope to book another stay here. Fantastic location and stay all around!!!!

This is our "go-to" hotel in Las Vegas! Location, service, amenities and beautiful rooms - not to mention the amazing scent throughout the hotel! We love this place! The Jet Luxury rooms are privately owned, so we were aware there would be no daily housekeeping. Room was clean (inside cabinets was questionable) and comfortable, with a great supply of towels and toiletries. Kitchen is NOT stocked with utensils, plates, etc - but that didn't matter to us.

The ice machine on our floor was inoperable and I asked for access to another floor so I could use their ice machine. I was initially told that I would be given access to another floor but just had to go to the front desk to ask for my key card to be re-keyed. But when I did that, I was given a different answer that all ice machines on all 56 floors of the hotel were not working. That seems very hard to believe. What the front desk told us was that we had to go to the coffee shop and ask them for Ice to fill our bucket. We had to do that several times in our three day stay. To me that seems ridiculous and they clearly were not being honest with us. Why would they turn off all ice machines on all 56 floors in the hotel? plus people staying in hotels need ice, to make drinks in the room or for ice chests to keep food from spoiling. In other respects, the hotel was good, but I consider this ice issue to be both a failure of the facility and also the service quality. A hotel that is supposed to be 4.5. Stars should have working ice machines. Even a motel 6 has working ice machines.

I booked this room through Expedia, but it was never disclosed that the room was privately owned. If I had known, I would not have chosen it. The room was not clean, very dusty, and the bed was in terrible condition—so saggy I couldn’t sleep. Overall, I was very disappointed and wish I had stayed somewhere else.

It’s a clean room. Enough space and linen for us. But room service every other day would be nice instead of no housekeeping. complimentary water bottles would have been good. Overall it’s a very clean room and enough space for us 3.

Very clean room, and very helpful staff. One of the best value stays on the LV Strip. There aren’t any restaurants in the Vdara specifically, but both the Aria and the Cosmo are a short walk away.
