The night staff is horrible!!! The fire alarm went off 13 times as I watched security do absolutely nothing and was hung up on by the and I use this term lightly “gentleman” at the front desk. There was a couple screaming outside prior to this happening yet I was threatened that the police would be called on me because I was asking for a normal standard of comfort even though it’s a motel this is not acceptable.

We stayed for 9 nights and walked almost everywhere. The staff gave us extra towels when needed and our room was quiet most nights. ours was an end room, second floor above pool. it was nice for the price. I don't like high rises and we wanted to be near the strip, so it was great for us. Everyone wanted to check in the night before valentine's day, so check-in at 1 am was rough with only one staff member to help us. he was very calm with all the people waiting. For the amount that we paid, it was great and we had a small fridge and unexpectedly a microwave. the area outside the motel has a liquor store and the clientele of a liquor store hanging around outside smoking or sitting. We felt safe walking around at night and you could walk right through mgm to get to the strip so it was pretty easy walking. parking was free. we didn't use the pool bc it was a cold week. easy driving to hiking and pickleball. we had a blast. thank you.

The picture on your website is very misleading. There is no kitchen sink, dining table, etc. It was very small with 2 beds and a half moon table. The shower was the best feature, being nice and very strong, and felt like a massage. Staff were friendly, room was clean.

Had to return home earlier than anticipated and the motel said I'd get a refund through Expedia. I contact Expedia and they say contact the motel. Neverending back and forth led to giving up on it. The room was ok but definitely not a great place to be or stay. It's old, smells, it's run down but you get what you pay for especially these days

My room was a good size and very clean. The only thing I did not like was the water pressure in the shower but other than that it was a short distance to everything and fairly comfortable. I would definitely stay again.

Well when we went to check in they couldn’t find the reservation for either of our rooms! Then instead of seeing if there was something they could do or see if they could find it a different way they just pushed me aside and helped the next person. The customer service was awful. So on Valentine’s Day at 10 pm with my 15 year old in tow because we were in town for her cheer competition for we had to find a new room. Literally the worst customer service.
