While the staff was great for check in and was able to get us checked in quite a few hours early I found bugs in my room almost everyday we stayed. The rooms were ok but nothing special for the price we paid to stay here.

The pool was beautiful and I LOVED watching and hearing the helicopters all the time. While our room was clean, the area is pretty filthy. Found it amusing to see so many cigarette holes in the bedding when no smoking is allowed.

This budget hotel was clean and the beds were pretty comfortable, however walls are thin so if you have noisy neighbors, they will keep you up. Being a budget hotel, there were some sketchy people staying as well, and I definitely felt like I needed to keep my guard up walking to my hotel room as a single female traveler. I did feel much safer because there was 24/7 security and I felt that staff was watching out for me to make sure I made it to the room safely.

I reserved a non-smoking room in advance, but when I checked in, the hotel told me they only had smoking rooms available. This was extremely frustrating since I specifically booked a non-smoking room for comfort and health reasons. The room had a strong smell of smoke that made it hard to relax or sleep. I felt misled because the hotel should not confirm reservations they can’t honor. Even though the staff said they had no other options, there was no real effort to fix the situation or offer compensation. I understand that things happen, but this experience showed poor management and lack of accountability. I wouldn’t stay here again unless they improve their booking system and ensure guests get the room type they reserved.

One of the best motels I have ever stayed at. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind. They checked in on us during our stay and were happy to help. The bed was the most comfortable I have ever slept in away from home. We traveled from Sacramento and one night in that bed made my back feel brand new. Very close to everything, the strip, the stadium, food, and regular stores which makes it very budget friendly. It was the perfect spot. A literal oasis in the middle of the desert. Huge thank you to the staff.

Mostly it felt out dated and was quite smaller than I expected, but I felt safe enough, it was a great location within the city to access anything pretty quickly. I spoke to staff daily and they were always quick and kind to help. I gave a 4 overall due to that feeling of it can only get so clean because it's old.
