The location I stayed at was very new, so there's little wear & tear yet. I got a 1 bed, studio style room. It was pretty well designed/stylish & reasonably priced (no super cushy/plush beds or pillows, but good enough). Minor downsides for me were that the fridge sounds like the bathroom fan is on & there's some heavy equipment sounds outside in the morning (but nothing too crazy). While there's a nice kitchenette with a good sized fridge, it's not equipped with any plates or cookware. They can be purchased downstairs, if you don't have your own. I just borrowed some from my sister, who lives nearby. One thing to note is that the door doesn't necessarily close fully by itself, so you may want to double check before leaving your room. Fortunately, I didn't see any signs of entry while I was out. I had an issue with the lights once, but it was resolved quickly by the front desk person (who was very friendly). I'd likely stay here again; it felt pretty calm. No pool though ;-)

Every “My Place” hotel I’ve stayed at has been comfortable and clean , the two most important things I expect for my stay. This was what we experienced at this stay in Henderson. The amenities were great along with the staff were polite and accommodating. Thank you My place for caring about your guests. We will be back.

Room stunk (not sure of what as property is new). Staff that spoke English (front desk) were slow, or would not come out from back room. Others did not speak english and would just point and say things in some language (not english, spanish). Will never use this property again.

Everything I needed
Very nice front desk associates. Room was clean and neat. Having a full size fridge, microwave and hot plate to store and prepare food was a pleasant surprise and very convenient. Bed was soft and comfortable, pillows were full and were both firm and plushy. Bathroom clean, though a little small, one person would be ok but very tight for two. The view from my window could have been better but that has nothing to do with the hotel itself, the view was a yard of rental construction cranes and other equipment (it was a bit humorous actually). Lobby was neat and provided morning coffee and had a little area for snacks and personal items for sale as well as cookware. Over all great stay, I slept well and was able to come and go easily. I would come back again….actually I am next month!
