✔ Security Deposit – MGM will place a refundable incidental hold of $100-$300 (based on stay length). Any unused balance is refunded within 7 days of departure.
✔ Rental Agreement – Must be signed within 24 hours of booking to secure your stay.
✔ Identity Verification – A secure third-party verification (ChargeAutomation) is required before check-in.

🚫 House Rules & Policies
🚫 NO Smoking Indoors – $300 minimum fine for smoking/vaping inside the unit. MGM may also impose a $500 fine.
🚫 NO Parties, Events, or Large Gatherings – Strictly enforced. Unauthorized events will result in immediate cancellation without a refund.
🚫 NO Pets Allowed – This is a pet-free suite.
