I originally purchased this room for my senior father who was going on a trip by himself. However, I, his son, decided to accompany him at the last minute and thankfully I did. I checked us in after the football game and received room key 116. Upon entering the room, there was no light on as I discovered it did not work. Like a horror movie, the room light would flicker and cut off repeatedly. Nevertheless, I continued on to the bathroom and verified if that light worked and it worked properly. Yet, to my ultimate disgust and dismay, several roaches were observed as they scattered from the rays of the bathroom lights. I returned to the main office and told the management staff who was very apologetic. As this was Las Vegas, I did consider a simple room change because of hotel availability aspects. However, management informed me there was no additional availability and offered a full refund immediately. As a prior Motel 6 customer in other states, this location is the poorest representation for the brand I've ever witnessed.

Location is perfectly centered and surrounded by all major strip attractions and South of the Strip is just a short trek away. Dining options are numerous and they are conveniently within walking distance. Front Desk Receptionist are very caring and respectful to us guest. We are treated with their best intent in mind. Thanks to all staff at M6!

Requesting a full refund. The room is nothing like the photos. The bathroom has multiple broken, poorly built, and patched areas, all in filthy condition. There is also an extremely strong cigarette smell throughout. This is unacceptable and feels like a scam.

room was disgusting., hair in and on tub, the toilet seat was nearly completely ready to slide off., shower curtain was gross, and unclean, paint and hideous and seemed it was from animals who were locked inside the bathroom trying to escape., doors would not allow entry half the time and the day before checkout, stopped working all together. No do not disturb sign, tried several times asking for 2 extra pillows, and towels, and was never given any, as housekeeping isnt' there when its bedtime and i would ask., not even a note taken so that the next day, WHEN they were back, they could bring up more then., smoking was INTOLERABLE here! smelled stale and as if smokers had been inside the room and the sheets smelled the same., i cringed each time the door opened, as the person under our room, would sit outside her door at night and smoke us out over and over! and the sickening overpowering smell of a VERY strong smell of weed every single day from morning to night, and then all night, was absolutely a buzz kill! the dresser/closet inside was NOT useful, as it was VERY poorly working, and had been repeatedly repaired, cheaply and with no success making it useable., hard to understand anything the desk person said, not sure the english was effectively understood., especially when i was given 6 keys, for 2 rooms. no elevator only old, cement rough steps, so sadly the up and downs made even more knee aches and pains, and not the slightest help! Needs to FULLY be refunded!

The worst place I have ever stayed. After trying 2 different rooms the front staff refused to change again to a 3rd room. We checked out immediately. They are attempting to steal money for the night we checked out. No one should have to stay in filthy and uninhabitable conditions. Even a guest next to us did the same thing.

Tv was broken like someone punched it, there was a giant hole in the ceiling from water damage, the door didn’t close all the way and we had to push it to lock the deadbolt or it swung open. Staff was extremely rude and refused to answer our calls or questions

Room had no cleaning service through out the week we stayed. Only 2 pillows were provided with no comforter. The shower head was broken and spilling to the ceiling. I told the front desk and he disregarded it. Hotel was very dirty when we came in. Do not recommend it.
