The room was super dirty, unfortunately we were able to stay long in the room be fire we left to our event. It was clear the floor had not been cleaned let alone the bathroom. There was hair on the walls, there was rust under the chair that was in the shower area, and a glump of what looked like hair product stuck on the wall. Ended up being our own sheets that we put over the bedding.

We really regret booking this hotel. It is in extremely poor condition and online photos were very misleading, to say the least. Our rooms were updated maybe 30 years ago. No fridge, no coffee, none of the normal amenities. It was also tricky to get to due to construction in the area, We strongly advise against it and will never consider another Park Inn property in the future. One more thing: when we requested a discount due to the condition of the room, a front desk clerk got very nasty and accused us of "just trying to get a free night."

Not sure the last time it was swept/vacuumed. The bed side table has food and beverage residue on it. The toilet seats is barely attached. The bed it tolerable. Way over priced for what it is. Would not recommend. The one really nice part was the staff - she was super friendly!

The pictures on the website are misleading. When I arrived, I was disappointed in the property. I checked in at 5:00 pm and checked out early at 11:30 pm because of a roach on the bed.

My girlfriend got bitten by some kind of a bug. We had to ask for clean sheets for the bed they were dirty and smelled like cigarettes, so we left and slept in the car for the night we checked out right after we didnt spend another night in the parking lot. El supervisor y encargado ,grosero,le grita a las huespedes y no tienen nada de tacto no me importa nada de lo que uno le diga como huesped ademas de agresivo se burla de los ñatinos y los de habma hipana ademas de parecer un Ex adicto de crack el hotel parece un hospitalillo de usuarios de deoga y vibienda de bajo recurso las sabanas huelen a sucio las habiataciones sucias no hay nada de seguridad cualquiera entra. Por una ventana t te roba ademas de que ll cuartls huelene a cigarrillo y marihuana de veras aue el personal es de lo peor en fin en mi vida me.habia hospedado.en un hotel ta deprimente y asqueroso y pero aun que me cancelaran por no hablar ingles y teber mala comunicion no tiene. Nada de tacto con los turistas ese luga ni vale ni. 5 dolares no se lo recominedo a nadie a .enos queseas una persona igual a ellos

The website was nothing compared to what the room was actually like. The room and the facility was disgusting. The walls had stains on them, the bathtub and shower was dingy and the room lighting was very poor.

Worst place ever!

Place was a disaster! Check in start at 3 pm and I showed up at 5 pm and the front desk lady told me that I need to wait cuz they didn’t have clean rooms. When i got my room 45 mins later I went to the room and it smell súper bad like cigarettes and marihuana. I went to front desk and asked for a new room and the lady told me that all the rooms are booked that I will need to wait 2 hours to see if she can do something. I i got stuck with the room. Room was dirty, ves sheet where not clean, pillow cases where also dirty and the pillows smell like pure cigarettes. The showers was disgusting cover in stains , mold and hair. The AC unit had mold growing in it. This place shouldn’t be open for guests. If they going to keep it in that conditions the price has to be way lower.
