This property is a Motel 6 that is now being rebranded. Unfortunately the level of cleanliness has not improved, as I encountered a couple of roaches in my room during my thankfully short stay. Management - while you're changing things up, please clean this property!!

Cheap but ok.
You get what you pay for. This place is very inexpensive. But it's outdated, and worn out. At this time major construction was just outside and it made it difficult to walk to the strip. Smelled like weed all the time. AC worked on and off. A convenience store is very close and has everything you would need. Pet friendly. The staff was awesome.

Quick getaway for a Raider game
The motel is converting to Motel 6. It was an easy check in. The location is conveniently located within walking distance to Allegiant stadium. There’s a In&out across the street and a gas station with low price liquor.

Expedia should not offer this property - it makes Expedia look BAD. This was the worst place EVER. We booked because the pictures were of a simple clean hotel just for a quick overnight stay. I agree you get what you pay for. In this case, the rate was still too much. In fact, it was so disgusting I had to book another room elsewhere. From the walk up the delpitated stairs near huge trash bins passed a doormat that could cause an accident into the smelliest room (of smoke and something unknown), walls unpatched or very poorly patched to a bathroom that was not unusable. At that point I could not fathom pulling the blankets back much less sleeping in that bed. The floor was dirty. So gross. I'd be thrilled to upload pix if this review would allow it but I'm not seeing a place for that.

Imelda she is a thief Forgot a LULULEMON pants Went next day in the morning We were told Imelda did the room And she didnt see them We tried to talk to her And I didnt find her Told managment that I was going to return next Day offered $20 if they find them Next day Imelda was off for 3 days And didnt find any pants (Probably they evaporated) 😁 Managment told me to go to the police My fault because I forgot the pants But it sucks

We picked this site due to price & location. We arrived near midnight due to a flight delay so didn't really get to see it all until the next morning. Room is tiny, dated, spackled upon spackled, bed about a foot off the floor, toilet leaked the whole time we were there (2 nights), floor was filthy and my husband killed a cockroach. Initially we told them the next morning of the toilet and were told they would fix it, and that is when he got 2 more towels since we only had 1 in the room upon arrival. No maid service ever. We camp regularly so we can handle adverse conditions but when you are paying a hotel price you expect a different level of service. Not sure why Radisson even lets their name on this dump.
