We have been here for numerous stays found this one severely lacking this trip. Several poor food experiences, removal of some of our favorite games, less active casino than usual and valet services not available. Overall service factor has declined.

Room was in good condition. Pool was not open and just one elevator was operating on Sunday morning. We were on the 24th floor so this was extremely difficult for us and hundreds of other guests.

Front desk staff did not make me feel welcomed or appreciated. There was no greeting upon check in or checkout. There was no inquiring about my stay or anything. VIP status does not mean anything. Casino workers and workers at zenshin were friendly. *front desk sets the tone and bc of that I will not return.

I love Southpoint. Everyone is so nice. Easy to get around and great eating places. The only downside to this trip, was there was only one working elevator when we were checked out. It took us 45 minutes to get on the elevator. We know this is not typical of Southpoint but very hard to deal with at the time.
