Convenient, great amenities such as bell service and valet parking. Dinner and breakfast buffet was good with a variety of food choices. The room was clean and had toiletries. Could use some updating in the bathrooms but it was clean.

This property sits off by itself away from the hustle a bustle of the Vegas Strip. Very close to the highway, airport and rental car location. Our room was very spacious but could have been cleaner. Glad I had Clorox wipes. Typical casino noise and smoky atmosphere. Great service in the restaurants and Cafe.

I was put in a room on the 11th floor of the hotel directly below a room that was being renovated. My plan was to spend the next day catching up on work on my laptop. However, all day long until 5 beginning the next morning before 8 a.m., the sounds of drilling, hammering, sawing kept me from making phone calls, and the sound was just plain maddening. I couldn't believe the hotel could rent a room in such a situation. I talked to the hotel manager around lunchtime, who offered another room, but, frankly, I did not feel like packing up just for a few hours of peace which would come at 5 p.m. I asked her why she did not notify me of the construction when I checked in the day before, or better, just put me in a room away from the construction. She said the rooms were assigned randomly, which was an unacceptable excuse and would have earned her an D- in a class on customer service. I wanted to stay a couple more days, but decided to leave out of principle. Any guest treated in such a way should be offered, at the very least, a refund or at least a partial refund. I was not seeking that but if I were the manager I would have bent over backwards to be sure a guest who had been mistreated like that was treated in a way that would have left them feeling good, not bad about the business. The hotel and room were fine otherwise.
