Bed & Pillows not comfortable - hurts back and head; didn't sleep well. Rooms need humidifier because room air is stuffy & dry; windows don't open. Elevators break down daily with guests in them.; little girl & people were trapped in elwvator for over 30 minutes. Long walk to room even when using elevator. Need additional elevators that work.Love the buffet at hotel. It is not included in price, but that makes the room less expensive. Rooms are soacoius with large view windows. However, we will NOT stay again due to unsaf/broken elevators, poor bed/pillows, and dry/stuffy rooms.

Good sizable room with a decent view of the mountains. Plenty of parking away from the strip. Not all toiletries were present upon our check-in. Would be nice if the pathway from the registration desk to the hotel elevators doesn't require us to walk through the casino section.
