Elevators need to reconsider placement

Accidentally paid for a smoking room. Had to pay extra for a non smoking room. The elevator from parking isn't the one to go to rooms. The distance to walk from parking to elevator to rooms is ridiculous for seniors with difficulty walking. Very exhausting after stay there.

It starts off with an early check in fee. Room was ok, queen bed was enough for one person, the tv channels were limited to 90% sports. The cafe you have to go eat, you can't order for pickup. Great gym facility. Almost zero shade at the pool especially mid day... no umbrellas, not even for rent. Hot tub with the scent of fresh manure wafting over the fence. If you're a country boy or girl, you'll love it here.

Southpoint Casino and Hotel is our go to place when we’re in Las Vegas. We love it here and find that they have the amenities that we need all in one place. Highly recommend this hotel.
