Room was clean and spacious. Staff were all friendly and welcoming. Only negative, which wasn't a big thing was the guest services was not working through the tv.. We love Southpoint. It is our little home away from home.

We stayed 8 nights. Our room on the 3rd floor was large, convenient and clean. No view, which didn't bother us. We came here to have fun. Rich buffets for a very reasonable price.

My first morning I let registration know that the shower door was adjusted wrong and didn't close all the way. When I showered, water went all the way to the sink area. Also, there was not shampoo or conditioner and I had to wash my hair with the bar soap at the sink. Additionally, there was no blanket in the room and the bed just had sheets. I was told by 2 people they would take care of it right away. When I returned at 9pm everything was the same. Lastly, the majority of the registration staff looked like they were serving a prison sentence. If staff doesn't like working with people, they should have positions where there is limited access to the public.

My husband and I have stayed at Southpoint many many times, unfortunately this stay was not that great. Our room was not up to par with what we are used to at Southpoint, the floor was dirty and there were toe nails clippings on the side of our bed! There weren’t enough towels in the bathroom and no Kleenex was refilled.
