Nice hotel but…..
The bathroom sink water took especially long to drain. The dishwasher was full of dirty dishes with an odor. The refrigerator had an odor. I wasn’t told initially when I booked the hotel that this was a private unit and I would have to pay for bath cloths and towels along with all toiletries. The hotel tried to reach the owner with no success.

Very undermaintained. We only stayed for two nights. The one bedroom suite we got had three TVs but only One of them worked. The handle was missing off the bathroom door so you could see right through. The shower was big and had shower heads on both walls and a rain shower head in the middle but you couldn't use any of that because when you initiated the left side of the shower the hose was blown so it just sprayed out the hose everywhere. All the furniture felt dirty and look like a crazy cat lady live there because everything was scratched up. Then when we called to let them know about all these issues the lady on the phone was extremely rude and could care less and finally end up sending a maintenance person up to fix the shower and the doorknob but it's very inconvenient when you're staying somewhere for 2 days and 4 hours of that you have maintenance people in the room and if you have valuable belongings like we did you Don't really feel comfortable leaving them in there by themselves even though they're probably great people. Overall just spend the extra money and stay at the Delano you will have a million times better experience. The view was great but this is one of the most poorly maintained hotel rooms I have ever stayed in but I heard if you stay in the same hotel but don't use SVS strip view suites the other rooms are a lot more maintained I was informed by someone that worked at the hotel. This is the type of place you want to stay at if you are on an a budget

The place is not up for it priced. Here are the few issues at this suite: 1. Both of rain showers are flooded entirely the bathrooms when using. The door needs to be shield to prevent it. 2. We have to use the little shower head, and the one in the King bed is leaking. 3. The bath tub in the King room water drainage didn't work. I couldn't use the bath. 4. The kitchen, one of the freezer door doesn't close. the cabinet has white tape up. 5. The balcony Jacuzzi tub is dirty. When turn on the bubble, all the dirt showed up. 6. The wifi doesn't really work. 7. The place is not as cleaned. Overall for the luxury suite and pricing. This unit is very disappointed. It is not worth for the experience!

Room was dirty and run down.
The room was very dirty. There was mold in the bathroom, hair and other gunk in corners and other places. The bed frame was brittle and peeling. Walls were gross and dirty. Couldn’t see out the windows. Tea pot was disgusting. Light bulbs were out and shorted and lighting was poor in the bathroom.
