The room was nice for the price. Staff was so nice and helpful. Security made sure no one was in the hotel portion that didn’t belong there. The pool was nice, clean and a good experience for adults and kids. There’s no microwave, no mini fridge and very limited toiletries (could probably ask for more). The price was great: under $400 for 3 nights. The hotel itself was great, it is unfortunately in a terrible neighborhood. I would not recommend walking anywhere, but Uber out of there and going someplace else is a fine option as well.

This was our first time to stay here. We loved everything about our stay. Check in was easy, the housekeeping staff were great at their job and super personality wise. We ate most of our meals at the Copper Whisk Cafe. Every meal was good and the wait staff were very pleasant and engaging....and fun. We will definitely be staying there on our return trips.

They placed us in a room that had no AC working, the bath tub was clogged. Nothing worst then showering and the water rising. Not sure if it’s clean or not. The outside had a loud noise they placed us next to some loud generator. No one came to clean our room after the first night. Terrible experience . Overall not happy with this place.
