The air conditioning was a little bit muggy but when it was on cold it was great. The room was clean and so was the bathroom. I found a random sock near the bed though so I’d tell the staff to make sure they check near the bed for any loose belongings. It was black so it blended in. The beds are a bit firm but very nice still.

I had no idea where to go for what. Where breakfast was served. The type restaurants and the hours. There was only room service menu. No info about other choices. I started bringing my own food. I’m a diabetic and my insulin is supposed to be kept cold, the Ice bucket was a poor choice,by my only choice. Can you request a frig?

The room was basic...a bed, tv, bathroom. There was no in-room water, no coffee maker, no safe. Climate was difficult to adjust, no extra blankets.The hallway smelled STRONGLY of disinfectant, which seeped into the room...quite bothersome. Staff was pleasant and helpful.

1. At check-in, the host let me know that we would receive a $15 credit. This did credit was never applied. 2. No hot water on Day 1. We asked for an accommodation so we could take showers and suggested using the Spa showers. The manager would only repeat the same phrase (like a bot; no empathy), “The issue is being addressed.” We do not take showers that day. 3. We didn’t receive any housekeeping during our 4 day stay.

Fairly quiet. There were a few noises but not obstructive. There should be a fan in the bathroom. There was a bandage stuck to the bathroom floor that the maid missed. Room was very warm when we arrived but my daughter finally got it to work. As with every casino, the stench of cigarette smoke is disgusting. Didn't interact with staff. Nice hotel.
