I was very disappointed. There was old blood stains on the sheets, two to three days I was there the AC stopped working. It took forever for the engineers to come by and when calling it in the front desk staff would sigh like it wasn't their job to do it. They ended up getting food poisoning from Cobb salad from room service. Everything was just really bad. The only thing I enjoyed was the free valet and the nice chat with the bellhop. That's it.
