A good stay! The rooms may be a little dated but clean. Only issues I had were that the code locks sometimes took a few attempts to work, and during the morning or my departure there was some loud drilling happening in the property. But good and safe overall, thanks!

Fast, smooth and reliable.
First of all, Omena hotels is the hotel chain without common check-in. You receive sms with PIN to enter the building and room. But dont be sceptic. All rooms equipped with kettle , microwave, and fridge. Private shower is also in place. So, for good price you will get some main essentials. Perfect for city overnight.

Good location, late check in, be aware parking
I like these automated check in hotels particularly in countries where 24 hour front desk is not available. Allows me to drive and reach the place really late. No place for parking on premises. Parking is available in nearby, free from 8pm to 8am. Wifi is good, no neighbour noise. In the centre of town between the pedestrian district and the train station if you are taking the VR.

I'm not really a fan of automated hotels, but this one was well done. Everything worked as hoped, the room was clean and well organized, and had everything I needed.

Very central, basic
The hotel was perfectly adequate and was clean and comfortable. The lack of any reception as okay most of the time, but proved difficult when we were trying to meet up with others as somebody had to stand out on the street waiting. It is very central and as such provides good access to local shops and restaurants. The addition of a microwave and fridge in the room was useful, too.

Easy distance from train station
I chose the hotel for its convenient location just a few minutes' walk from the train station as I had an early morning train to catch. The entrance is not immediately obvious. It is a side gate rather than a building entrance on the street. However, the entry code system worked fine on the gate, building entrance and room entrance. The room was nothing fancy but it suited my needs for one night.
