Needs a bit of TLC and no staff available until the last day of our 3 day stay
Just loved the old world style which is so different to to-days modern accommodation. The complimentary sherry and fruit were also a welcome surprise and a nice way to interact with fellow guests
The Staff could not be more helpful. The property generally is run down. Not quite sure when mattresses were renewed along with crockery, cutlery and bathroom facilities. Unfortunately, would not stay here again.
Well located. Quiet area but close to everything.
Lovely family staff look after everyone.

New management is not as good as previous owners; particularly that the D I Y breakfast has been cut out. A very gracious old colonial home with period furniture. Well worth a visit for the experience of yesteryear.
Mike was really helpful and friendly. The room was beautiful. The spa was amazing. Perfect after a long day. Shower pressure was perfect and didn't take too long to heat up.
Pleasant old house with large rooms, nicely appointed. However the owners are probably not aware that their complimentary fortified wines were actually just a regular Cab Sav and sweet white wine in the decanters. Lovely spot for a wine on the balcony though.

Lighting inside the room was poor, making it impossible to read anywhere, in the bed, by the desk whatever. Simply needs one good, bright light somewhere. Otherwise a lovely old room.
Needed last minute accommodation. This was in all ok but good value considering the price. Friendly staff, clean, all a bit dated but fine. Wifi not great, but good value all up.
