Hotel was ok but had poor food options.
The room was ok but after two nights I switched to another hotel. Biggest problem was no coffee in the lobby until 7 am. There was in-room coffee but of course that stuff is terrible. No refrigerator or microwave in room so you can’t even keep simple food items. Breakfast buffet was $14.95 and is exactly the same as you’d get for free in most hotels except someone will pour coffee into a cup for you. My breakfast was only a small up charge when I made the reservation but $14.95 it would’ve been a rip off. Food and mixed drinks in the attached restaurant were mediocre…at best.

Front desk staff were extremely friendly! As always the warm chocolate chip cookies were awesome. Room was clean and ready on arrival. Only negatives were housekeeping knocked on the door at 9am well before checkout time. AC fans need oiled or replaced-every time it came on it sounded like a nest of birds waiting to be fed. Overall though…it was a wonderful stay!

We are always pleased with the experience at Doubletree. This location is a little tucked back but within a short drive to amenities. Luckily, there is a restaurant right next door.

Nice hotel, great staff. A few note's: My room did not smell good, but musty, smelly, sweaty-smelling. I also booked an accessible room, and there are no grab bars in the bath or shower. ... I nearly slipped with nothing to hold onto.

I have always enjoyed staying at the Hilton properties and am aware that within the Hilton hotels, it varies in the number of stars. This property was rated 4.0 stars and definitely was not worth not even a 3-star hotel and only due to the fact of the condition of the hotel. The people working were very nice and serviceable, I would like to recommend the restaurant area to 2 employees: Bartolo and Sandra. We were with my family for 10 days and they made us feel at home, catering for the young ones and the adults. Please let them know that. Unfortunately, the hotel itself is due to undergo renovation. We found many Issues: 1. We had to change room because the toilet will get clogged every day, and the shower leaked water, and we constantly had to get extra towels to dry the floor. 2. We moved to a different room and item #1 was resolved, but there was no refrigerator in the room and the safety box did not work. 3. The carpet in the entire building was old and filthy. (I have a picture). The floor carpet in the restaurant area is sticky and very dirty. 4. The curtains in the building are old and destroyed, shredded in pieces in various areas. (I have a picture) 5. The floor while walking on top of the carpet is uneven while you walk in the room or in the hallway, it is dangerous. 6. The furniture in the bathroom, the laminate of the wood is falling apart (I have a picture) I am only trying to let you know the condition of this hotel.
