Our small family of three stayed here for one night. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, and let my husband and son hang out after check out while I searched for cough medicine. Location is terrific if you like cities! We had a wonderful dinner at a nearby Eritrean restaurant and walked to L’Hermitage museum the next day. It’s not a luxurious space but that’s not the charm. We loved it and would stay there again.

Very, very small room and bathroom with outdated style bed. No airconditoner. When you open the window for some air during summer, you hear loud people down below singing and talking until 3 am from a Cafe/ restaurant across. Then by 9 am was the loud ringing of the church bell every 15 minutes for few hours. Parking is about 3-4 blocks away if you have a car. Hotel lobby is very tiny. Location is just few steps from McDonald’s.

walking distance from the metro station, which is great as it was raining all the week. the coffee salon is open all day which is great if you don't feel like working from your room.

Central location was good. Car parking available means there is à public car park nearby. Taking a shower was an experience, one of those shower curtains that attacks you as soon as you get in. Water everywhere that I had to soak up with towels.

It’s nice located hotel with interior 1980’s look. I was on fifth floor, need to wait for hot water at least 5 minutes. First day I didn’t know so came out without shower. It’s not for what I have paid.

Great terrace, but heat problem in room.
Great location. Very limited check in times was an issue. The big problem was that the heat radiator in the bathroom was on full heat, with no way to shut it off and no front desk help at all. It made the stay very uncomfortable even with the window open.

Central, Amazing top floor view of Lausanne
We stayed here in an amazing room on the top floor with a huge balcony overlooking the city facing towards the lake! Beautiful view, spacious room (although they also have smaller rooms), good parking offered just around the corner, great and friendly service. Location is also great. Would stay here again

Central Hotel in Lausanne
ecent hotel in the heart of old Lausanne. Room was cramped for 3 people. Everything worked as it was supposed to work. Breakfast was decent. Rooftop Terrace where breakfast is served with excellent views.
