Close to LAX airport, restaurants and grocery. Staff are really nice and the room was clean. Good selection of breakfast. Just a little loud as it is beside the road and near the airport. Over all it’s a good hotel and very convenient.

Reception not there for about 10 minutes when we arrived, one key of 2 did not work, rm bathroom hair on bathtub wall, beside rm ice machine loud noise all night, beside rm another rm with door to go thru felt very unsafe, there is another door to the hotel right beside this rm and anybody can access the hotel no key needed, very loud guests in the beside rm, loud noise coming from the above rm while walking .

Rooms were clean & spacious, but terrible sound proofing. We could hear people next door very clearly & even when an alarm went off in the mornings from other guest rooms. Traffic was also quite loud, but I guess thats LA. Or just poor construction of the building itself. Breakfast was also not great. It was the same all 4 mornings of our stay, with the exception of the change from sausages to sausage patties.

Customer service terrible. When we checked in we advised the front desk that we would be leaving early each day (5:30am) and we would miss the daily breakfast that went from 7-10, so would it be possible to grab a few of the liquid coffee creamers? No. Straight up answer, sorry we can’t help you, we don’t have a key to the breakfast room. “Well who does?” “No one.” No one?! “Well the manager does but that person is gone.” Well if we leave our room number can someone help us? No. So… The next day we asked again, different person, same response… basically too bad for us. ALL WE WANTED WERE A FEW MINI CREAMERS, and all we were told is sorry, too bad, we don’t have a key. Also the laundry room was closed due to a fire and the vending machine was broken. One of the worst Best Westerns I’ve stayed at. Won’t stay again.
