Great hotel near CDG airport. The hotel felt new and very clean. The restaurant and breakfast were great too. The public pool partnering with the hotel is a good idea and has great amenities but was very busy and not super clean.

Pros: 1. Great free airport shuttle service. Very friendly driver. I love that they have a live tracker so I can see where the shuttle bus is. 2. The restaurant downstairs serves good food. Cons: Service is below average. 1. No early check in allowed although I can clearly tell there were plenty of empty rooms and I have the Expedia vip status, which technically should come with some perks. 2. What bothers me the most is the hotel staff opened my room door twice after check in - once with a "Do Not Disturb" sign put out. I also should've locked the door which is my own fault. 3. I think the day I went the hotel was hosting a big conference for a company. I went downstairs for breakfast and all the staff were busy cleaning stuff up, moving chairs around, putting out wine glasses. All created a lot of noise and I just get this feeling that people want me to finish my breakfast asap. The door was wide opened during the setup and the breakfast room was freezing. Overall it was just not very welcoming, but I also do understand it is important to setup early for a big conference.

I thought the hotel's decor was really different and unique for a hotel. I really liked it. The breakfast was really good. The hotel was clean and the room was nice and very quiet. The only thing that i found annoying was the amount of kids running around in the lobby but it is a kid friendly hotel with games and swings in the lobby area so it is to be expected i guess. It would be better to have a separate area for that kind of noise and running around, not in the lobby and restaurant area where adults are trying to eat and talk in peace and not be distracted by the noise of kids. Overall nice hotel.
