Cleanliness in the bathroom; Clear description of the property as the pictures make it look like the pool is attached to the hotel and in reality it is not. Additionally, we had no hot running water in the shower prior to our 9hr flight. The food in the hotel restaurant was very good.

From the complimentary shuttle service with such helpful drivers to and from the airport, to the welcoming staff at the hotel, to the warm, clean inviting room with such a comfy bed, I was very happy that I chose the Jangle to stay at, and to top it off, a wonderful free breakfast with a nice variety and healthy options as well. Fabulous hotel, would definitely stay again!

Very clean. Diversity in staff, family oriented hotel, restaurant staff and reception was very professional and helpful. The children really liked the lobby area and the varieties at breakfast. Due to opening hours we didn't get to use the pool but perhaps next time .

All good except for a few things. Horrible room coffee. Instant sachets. No shampoo/ conditioner only body was and no washcloths!? The coffee in the lobby is not available from 10 a.m. to 12p.m. Strange.

The room was spotless and big. The bed was comfortable and the temperature was easily and silently (!) controlled. The bar/restaurant staff were really kind. I am American and saw how kind and patient they were with other Americans who were sadly lacking in these qualities. Danae and Maryski(sp) were lovely.

For the most part, the hotel and staff were great. As for cons: too far from everything, had to rely on the shuttle to take me to the airport toget on the train to the city, no restaurants or stores near, indoor pool and hot tub shut down a week before, the evening dinner staff seemed bothered to help me, the fire alarm woke the entire hotel up in the middle of the night on the first night (staff showed no empathy), and we have to make a reservation to take the shuttle to the airport or else the driver has an attitude (not the main driver - he was excellent). Overall, I liked the hotel once I got used to it, but next time, I'm staying closer to the city.
