There was a great variety of food for all tastes for the breakfast. Both lunch and dining experiences were fantastic with great service and very friendly staff. The room was spacious and very clean Transportation from and to the airport was extremely easy I would definitely recommend this place

A perfect solution to the night before travel back to the US. The shuttle service from the CDG Gare to the hotel and back to CDG plane in the morning after a great sleep in a VERY comfortable bed, tasty breakfast (with cappucino!) was wonderful.

The hotel is impossibly quiet for the location just a mile away from the airport. I thought they must have grounded the planes! They were SO sweet to me to let me check in early because I was really beat up from a bad fall. I got in at 10 am and slept until 8 pm! I SO needed that! Addis the shuttle driver was really sweet, and advocated for me when he saw my leg.
Nice room for three. I only needed the little bed, so I slept in it so the maid didn't have to change the big one.
Big bright bathroom.
Nice quick kettle, and little table and comfy chair.
Really cut lobby with fun swings and rocking horses for kiddos.

The hotel is very close to the airport but make sure you book the shuttle to the airport a couple of days in advance.

The shuttle to the airport would only drop us off at a terminal we weren't supposed tp be at. The terminal we needed to be at was across the airport and i need a wheelchair escort due to a disability. Because of this, we ended up missing our flight back to the USA even though we were at the airport over 3 hours before our flight left. It seems to be a disservice to your patrons to not drop them at the terminal they need to be at.

Pick up and driver ( Flo - awesome) Check in ok- mentioned the Gold status ( don’t know if I received an upgrade ??- room was mediocre) Unpacked - realized fridge not working . When we came down for our free drink / appetizer ( only 1 for 2 of us ) I mentioned to front staff and they informed me that a technician will attend to the fridge issue . Waited about 30-40 minutes no one came Went downstairs and told staff again !!! They said the technician was unavailable and there were no other spare fridges in the entire complex ???( I’d say we only saw 10-15 other people) We presented our voucher for 2 drinks / appetizer because the pool was shut down ( would have rather had pool access then this cheap voucher ) Only options for drinks draft beer and small one ave house wine . THIS IS THE BEST THE APPETIZER WAS EXACTLY 2 ONION RINGS AND 2 FINGER SIZE MOZZA STICKS lol!!!! Ordered off the menu burger and clubhouse which were good but fairly pricey. Mattress was pretty good - excess noise from the elevator Next morning spoke with another staff member at front desk about getting someone to look at the fridge . She said most definitely! Went for breakfast. Very impressive! Good variety- great staff Took shuttle back to airport ( Flo was driver again- was awesome gave us good suggestions where to visit for the day ) Easy to take train into Paris . Spent the day caught the shuttle again back to hotel - very easy to follow app to see where shuttle bus is . BACK NO FRIDGE LOL

We didn't have breakfast but we did eat dinner. The offerings were limited on the menu. As the hotel is fairly remote from anything within walking distance the guest is stuck with what is offered. Would suggest revising the menu.

Very good restaurant! Rooms were very big and well equipped. Huge shower. Good breakfast. Very nice staff. It’s kind of far from the airport and very far from Paris. Their shuttle only goes to Terminal 2B/D so I had to walk and ride a LONG way w luggage to get to Terminal 1. Only affordable option to go in to Paris is to take the shuttle back to the airport and take a train into the city. Kind of a hike. All that aside if ur just doing a layover and need a place to sleep, this hotel is excellent.
