They should clarify that to take only the Jangle hotel shuttle, not to take the big airport shuttle. (It is the wrong bus to take). Otherwise You could end up on the other side of the airport.

Shuttle availability is a plus. And the directions to catch the shuttle at the airport were spot on. The hotel is great. Rooms are big and comfortable. Restaurant and bar were easy foods to get when you are tired and don’t want to go out. The food was tasty. Breakfast was great and the area spacious and the fact that they had two espresso machines was the best

The front desk check-in process took way too long, I waited in line for over 30 mins. There were only 2 people on staff and they had bus loads of people checking in. The lady who helped me didn't give me any info about wifi, restaurant, bar, breakfast or anything. She had to take a break when it was my turn, which is fine but I had a long day as well and felt slighted. She didn't offer up the 4 free drink vouchers I had received. I had to ask for them then she proceeded to tell me that they don't do free drinks, to which I had to show her on my reservation and on the text communications directly from the hotel. The room was great as was the food and service in the restaurant.

Hotel seemed very new, and staff were really great at all contact points - particualrly the shuttle drivers. Good communication about the stay and clear information about the airport transfer service. Breakfast was fine and enough choice, but was a bit disorderly on the first day but much quieter on the second. For the price paid it was excellent value.
