I liked the quirkiness of the hotel. It’s clean and very comfortable to stay in. The shuttle to and fro the airport is a plus as we didn’t hire for a car on our short stay. Staff are friendly and accommodating. We did enjoy our stay. Few comments though: for a newly built hotel, the facility should have included USB charging ports for every room. Also, may we suggest to also have Netflix or Amazon Prime Video as an integrated app on your TV’s? There was only Chrome cast available and the normal freeview channels which most of them are in French. Maybe to have more selection in the breakfast bar and not always the same thing that’s being served.

I appreciate that transport is available daily to and from the airport. The access to the swimming pool, which features slides for kids, is a great bonus. However, I was disappointed that the rooms do not have USB ports, requiring me to use a converter. Upon arrival, my room was not clean, so I took a picture and showed it to the reception, and they promptly moved me to another room. The receptionist was very helpful. The restaurant operates efficiently, and the food is good. The pool staff were also helpful. Overall, it was a good experience, but there is definitely room for improvement.

The hotel and the facilities were great. Rooms were comfortable. My kids really liked it. It should be noted that the pool was not on site. It was a public pool located within walking distance and not private to hotel guests. Should also be noted that male swimmers are required to wear speedo style suits for hygienic reasons- not sure the reasoning there.

When we got there the concierge was not very friendly & could not answer our questions, they need to hire someone with people skills. The pool situation was annoying, it was off site and when we got there our swim trunks were considered too loose to be able to use the pool. They expected the makes to have tight swim trunks or speedo otherwise they were not allowed to swim. In the room the coffee pods were missing and the shower conditioner was not refilled.

Excellent airport stay

Great airport hotel with excellent service. The staff were super helpful and went out of their way to assist, when I couldn’t use the free shuttle, they quickly arranged a taxi for me. The rooms are spacious, modern, and very clean. I also enjoyed the restaurant, the food was tasty and reasonably priced, which made things very convenient. Overall, a comfortable and stress-free stay.

The lobby was very nice and restaurant was awesome. We were given complimentary drink tickets which was wonderful. The courtesy breakfast we were given just before leaving for our early flight was great. I did not like that our room had carpet, not flooring and the carpet was not very clean. The chair in the room was in very poor condition. Overall the hotel was ok and a good choice if staying close to the airport.

Convenient stay

The hotel was very convenient to stay at with a close proximity to the airport. My only complaint would be that the shuttle timing from the airport to the hotel was spotty and I had to wait at the pick up point for an hour before one would stop for me.
