HORROR!!!!!!!

Umgebaute Garage: Decke 1,80-2m = gebückt; offene Rohre - bedrückende Atmosphäre. Überall riecht es; nachts Fäkaliengestank; Schränke, Schubladen, Handtücher stinken. Schimmel. Dusche: 185m-"Loch", Schimmel; 3(!) dünne Wasser-"Strahlen"; Tropfen v. unsauberer Decke. Toilette: Schimmel; Fäkalien-Ablagerungen an Abwasserrohr. Kühlschrank, Klo, Backblech, Waschmaschine u.a. dreckig. Lärm v. oben (Getrampel, Wasser, Toilette [Abwasserrohr 2m v. Bett]) u. nebenan. Großbaustelle(!); Straße; Nachbar; alle 15min Glocken v. Kirche nebenan. Küche: außer Salz nichts; abgenutzte Untensilien; Chlorwasser. Katze überall; auf nagelneuem Auto (Kratzer); K-Haare in Wäsche. Mücken! Ameisen u.a. Kein WLAN! erst n. langem Gespräch. Keine (eigene) WM. Vermieterin zunächst oberflächlich freundlich, dann schnell ganz schlimmes Verhalten: unfreundlich, unhöflich, respektlos, unverschämt; bevormundend; unaufmerksam, nicht diskret; obsessiv, kleinlich, knauserig; "merkt nichts"; unehrlich: die FeWo hat keine getrennten Räume; die Größe ist eher 40m2, nicht 45, 50 o. 70 [je n. Portal]; keine "Wassersportmöglichkeiten". Schließlich aggressiv: will nicht, dass ich WLAN nutze. Schließlich bedrohend: Als ich auf unfreundliche Frage, wann ich auschecken würde, "Zw. 13 u. 14h" antworte [offizieller CheckOut: bis 14h!], kommt aggressiv, ich solle vormittags auschecken. Um 13h droht sie mit Polizei, wenn ich nicht sofort auf Forderung, bis 13:15 rauszusein, reagiere.

ALBTRAUM!!!

Nachdem die Vermieterin anfänglich grundsätzlich freundlich war, zeigte sie sehr bald Respektlosigkeit und Unhöflichkeit, fast ständig bevormundend-überwachend (deutlich beeinträchtigte Privatssphäre), unverschämt. Sie wollte erst das WLAN nicht freigeben und wurde dann aggressiv, als ich es (völlig normal) benutzt habe. Und am Schluss drohte sie (schriftlich!) mit Polizei, als ich die offizielle Checkout-Zeit bis 14:00 [ist auf der Website inzwischen nachträglich geändert] in Anspruch nehmen wollte!!! Dass so jemand unbehelligt weiter vermieten darf, ist ein Unding!!! Und sie "merkt nichts": z.B. schleift sie ein aus der Waschmaschine genommenes Bettlaken meterweit über den dreckigen Garagenboden; oder: sie tut Waschmittel in das Fach für Vorwäsche, wäscht aber nur mit Hauptwäsche ("Das habe ich immer so gemacht!"); oder:: "Die Katze ist immer nur im Baum, die geht nicht auf die Gartenstühle!" [ich bin allergisch gegen Katzenhaare] - sie hat den Satz kaum zu Ende gesprochen, da legt sich die Katze vor unseren Augen auf einen Gartenstuhl; etc. Die Unterkunft selbst ist auch nicht viel besser: "Gruftig" (ehemalige Garage), tiefe Decke (man kann nur gebückt gehen). Überall üble Gerüche, Schränke riechen stark muffig. Schimmel. Längst nicht überall sauber. Exkremente-Schmier an Abwasserrohr. Laut (man hört alles(!) von oben; Baulärm; Straßenlärm). Mücken. Dusche ist eine Katastrophe. EIN ALBTRAUM!!!

Schöne Wohnung nahe Avignon

Wir waren als Paar für 5 Tage in dieser Wohnung , nahe Avignon und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist pico-bello sauber und trotz Außentemperaturen von 38Grad sehr angenehm kühl. Mme Durand ist sehr sympathisch und hilfreich und hat uns nette Tipps zum Besichtigen der Umgebung gegeben. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Logement avec terrasse/jardin très sympathique

Propriétaire gentille, logement très propre, bien équipé, lit queen size très confortable, parfait pour notre court séjour. Nous avons apprécié la possibilité de déjeuner dans le jardin, et la proximité d’Avignon. Juste signaler qu’il n’y a pas de lave-linge, contraire à ce qui est indiqué dans l’annonce (heureusement que nous n’en avions pas besoin pendant notre séjour)

Lovely apartment, lovely host

The apartment in Le Pontet was everything we expected - comfortable, up to date, secure, quiet, with the added bonus of a very helpful and attentive host. The kitchen was well equipped, the place very tidy, and with safe parking behind the gate. We enjoyed eating in the glassed in porch at the front. It was a short trip into Avignon, to enjoy the sights there, or easy access to the highway network if we wanted to travel further afield. There is a lovely bakery in walking distance, and several grocery stores a short drive away. We will have no hesitation recommending it to our friends.

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable chez Marie Thérèse. Le studio correspondait tout a fait aux photos, très fonctionnel. Marie Thérèse est une personne très sympatique, nous avons eu beaucoup de plaisir. Si nous devions retourner dans la région nous retournerions sans hésiter chez Marie Thérèse. Wunderbares Studio

Un accueil très sympha, transport public à Avignon super. Le séjour chez Marie-Thèrèse était très agrèable, Merci!! Zu zweit verbrachten wir 8 Tge in dder Ferienwohnung, die sehr geräumig und gepflegt ist. Marie-Thérése war eine wunderbare Gastgeberin, sehr freundlich, immer zuvorkommend und überaus hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und wären gern länger geblieben.
