Great value stay. Room was nice and clean and appreciate the 12 o clock check out time. Parking is only £10 overnight which is great considering parking in Leeds City Centre is extortionate. Short walk into the centre althought there are also dining options and supermarkets on your doorstep.

Very friendly and helpful staff at the hotel and the car park beside the hotel which included a discount for hotel guests. Our room was both spacious and well laid out and exceptionally clean. The bed was very comfortable with plenty of room for luggage etc., It is difficult to say anything negative about this hotel.

The perfect place to stay if you're in Leeds for an event at the First Direct Arena. The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms neat and well laid out, and the hotel is in walking distance of the car park, arena, and city centre.

One night stay
Quick and efficient checkin. Hotel was clean. Room clean and comfortable bed. However only one cup in the room for tea/coffee when it as booked for a couple. Basic cooked breakfast but ran out of saussages, scrambled egg cold and bacon folded into little parcel shapes mking it hard. Only one chef on and he was also out clearing tables at times. Would find somewhere else for breakfast if I stayed again. There were cerials, cheese and meats for a continental option.
