Stayed for a Christmas Do in Leeds. Room was stolen from the 90s, incredibly dated. Bed was unbelievably low, think futon. TV did not work, fridge fell forward when you opened the door. Shower was powerful, but incredibly difficult to move between blisteringly hot, and cold.

Great location, rooms and staff.
Very handy as near the train station and not far from the First Direct Arena. Staff very friendly, the room was immaculate and spacious. The beds were also very comfortable. Breakfast was fine, a good selection. I'd stay again.

Was a night away with my wife. Check in was easy, didnt book breakfast but was offered it at a cheaper price which i took. Room was spacious and warm and clean. Overnight my wife heard the lifts going up and down all night, room 1701. Bed was comfy, pillar was hard and uncomfy. Breakfast was good, nice choice of food and was hot. Checkout was easy. Overall good stay but would have been unhappy had i paid full price

Need to check hotels.com bookings carefully
Room was adequate but clean. Though the hotel is now quite tired. I had paid for breakfast but this wasn’t offered - disappointing as I specifically paid for this through hotels.com.

A great hotel
A great hotel in the centre of Leeds. We had an executive room overlooking city square. There was a full bathroom with a great shower and hairdryer. Plenty of wardrobe space with hangers. Please note that the bar operates on a cashless basis.

Stay was great and staff fantastic. Bed was terrible, mattress topper wouldn’t go amis, it was so hard. Sleeping was incredibly difficult. Also says on site parking… there is not!

Definitely not 4*
Advertised as a 4* hotel but didn't feel like it. No restaurant at the weekends for an evening meal, very basic room with no facilities other than tea/coffee. Bed was very uncomfortable. No option to have maid service during the stay. Would not stay here again
