The window in my room will not close properly and Storm Bert sounds like an old Kettle boiling so not much sleep but room adequate with facilities and staff good.

This was exactly as expected Clean room with triple glazing as noisy road outside. Disabled parking right outside rear entrance which was gr8 Only downside was that mattress was quite hard so a bit achy when woke up but it must be difficult for them to please everyone. Good rating x

Location was convenient to railway although access on foot was tricky due to roads countless pedestrian crossings and no footbridge or underpass. Could be noisy in room with window open.

Great hotel bar with a good selection of drinks, staff were very friendly and accommodating. Great access to Leicester city centre (5min walk). Was lucky enough to get a parking spot however if we arrived any later (2pm) then we may have had to park on the train station car park (2-3min walk).

Overall,nottoo bad but the room absolutely reeked of cigarette smoke although they had obviously sprayed the room with air freshener their was still a very strong smell of smoking

A good resting place.
Pleasant check-in staff. Room card didn't initially work but OK on 2nd issue. Lift controls erratic - sometimes seemed to prioritise later floor requests first. Room was spacious, clean with all required facilities. Bed was comfortable. Late(11pm+) bar person was pleasant & a good selection of drinks(wine) available.

The Air conditioner was not working, bathroom wasn't good enough and we booked double bed room and they gave us a two single bed room. I recommend to everyone don't book ibis hotel.
