After a night out at dinner, we came back and turned down the sheets only to find a white substance dried on the sheets. I immediately called the front desk for a change of linens. I am absolutely sickened, and have never experienced something like this before.

This is a nice hotel. We paid the ext 3 dollars for vallet parking. Staff are nice and helpful. My husband had seen a review about white noise machines from a year ago. He asked and they still have them, so double check when checking in. We stayed in 904 King size bed, with a sitting area. The view is an odd because you have an excellent view of the rooms and pool across the street. Haha. The breakfast was probably one of the best we have had staying at a hotel with free breakfast. The mattress was definitely an older one. It was still comfortable but you roll towards the middle. Overall this is a nice place and close to the downtown area very easy to walk to everything.

A comfortable stay
Main floor had been flooded so the hallway was lined with blowers & fans when we arrived. Room was nice, beds were comfortable. Wish there had been a hot tub. The breakfast was very nice with good options.

A very nice hotel that’s convent to night life. I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 because I spilled a coffee on the duvet in our room. I called the front desk to get a replacement but they had none which is odd to me. The did bring up extra blankets but they were thin and not very warm. I thought this was a night problem but the hospitality staff didn’t have one the next day. Again, gave us more blankets. I like the weight and feel on a heavy blanket to sleep with so it was bothersome. I just think it’s odd that a large hotel doesn’t have extra duvets for emergency situations like this.

They were dealing with water damage on main floor, otherwise it was very nice. Everything else was great. Walking distance from Broadway. Great selection for breakfast. I like the shampoo/conditioner/hairdryer win the room. Was able to get me the adjoining room request for party of 5.
