The hotel was well-located and was minutes away from the historic centre. However, the hotel itself was rundown. As there was no elevator, I had to walk up two flights of stairs with my suitcase, the toilet in the room was filled with hair and feces, there was barely any water to flush the toilet and since the shower stall/door did not latch, water poured on to the bathroom floor. However, the water was hot, there was a floor fan to cool down the stuffy room and the internet was adequate. No restaurant in the hotel.

No tienen elevador ni rampa para discapacitados, a pesar de ello, cuando les pedimos ayuda para una persona con un pie fracturado se portaron super amables, nos cambiaron de habitación al primer piso y nos cedieron un espacio de estacionamiento mucho más accesible. Y la gente super super amable. Buena ubicación y precio único.

Las habitaciones no tienen suficiente ventilación, se fue la luz y no tienen planta de emergencia , nadie te dió una explicación no había agua caliente , ni agua para el baño , el servicio del personal es pésimo.

Buen lugar para pasear en el centro y descansar.
Todo muy bien, el lugar muy limpio, es un hotel sencillo, pero muy céntrico. El personal muy amable.

El único problema es que no cuentan con aire acondicionado,fuimos cuando el calor estaba en todo su esplendor y si sufrimos un poco, pero de todo lo demás nada que decir, todo excelente y sobre todo el personal de la recepción
