The ground floor consists of an open area with large windows. It includes the living room with gas fireplace, the dining room, and the kitchen which is decorated with a large island around which you will want to meet for breakfast, lunch or aperitif with friends. You will also find a terrace and a BBQ for outdoor dining. This floor includes the master bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The family room is located on the garden level. On this floor are also 3 bedrooms and a full bathroom with tub and shower. The garden level gives you access to the covered spa that you can use all year round, as you wish. On the outside ground, a small terrace has been planned to receive a fireplace and Adirondaks. These facilities, along with all exterior furniture, will be in place and available in spring 2022.
