A Renovated 3 Bedroom, 2.5 Bath Townhouse In Downtown Lexington.

Our remodeled 3 bedroom and 2.5 bathroom townhouse is a short walk to downtown Lexington, Rupp Arena, and a 10 minute drive to Keeneland. The townhouse has three bedrooms. One with queen bed and ensuite bathroom. Two smaller bedrooms with a full bed each that share an additional bathroom. All bathrooms have been completely renovated. A queen airbed is available to comfortably sleep 8. The Roku TV has basic Cable, Hulu, Netflix, ESPN, and HBO.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned vacation home, featuring a kitchen with a microwave and a dishwasher. There's a private patio. A Smart television is provided for your entertainment. Conveniences include a coffee/tea maker and a washing machine.

We visited for the Bourbon Burn Bike Ride. It was a good base of operations for the four-day weekend. Close to restaurants and West 6th Brewery. Also, an easy drive to the Kentucky Horse Park.

Great location to Rupp Arena!

Our family went to a concert at Rupp Arena and this was the perfect place to stay. Close walking distance through a nice neighborhood and super convenient to restaurants. Owner was really helpful and informative. We got to beat the traffic and just walk home after the show. Loved it!

Great location for an event at the Rupp Arena. The property was clean and nice. The owner was very helpful and wonderful communication. I will say that the pictures of property where misleading didn’t quite match the property decor,furniture,etc. But that wasn’t a deal breaker for us it was still wonderful.
