Very clean. Check in staff was super nice. Breakfast was mostly continental but still enough for us. I would stay here again.

I stayed here while moving during a bad winter storm. The staff was the best and took great care of me!! The room and everything was modern and clean. I loved the hooks along the wall and the multiple raised benches/counters to place luggage.

It was a really nice place to stay , clean and and it has the necessary to be comfortable and the parking was excellent the security was good , nice breakfast options and bed comfortable and area was the best in Lexington area

Design of this hotel feels a bit sanitized and severe. It is minimalist modern, and the rooms are utilitarian, but not cozy or welcoming. The beds and pillows are very comfortable but it should feel like a hotel, not hospital. Breakfast was plastic wrap overkill and was not appetizing.

I didn't catch his name but the gentleman at the front desk was exceptionally helpful and very friendly. The rooms are so quiet, even when the hotel is full. Very clean, very new and I love the fact that you can get fresh brewed coffee, tea, or hot chocolate anytime of the day or night!

The beds were comfortable and the pillow was too ( this is a BIG DEAL for me as I have neck and headache problems which affect my sleep). Bobby at the front counter kept checking with me to make sure we had everything we needed and was able to provide exact directions to a used bookstore in the shopping mall across the street. All personnel were very friendly and helpful. I was given a choice of which floor I wanted to be on and the breakfast offerings were described in detail so I knew what to expect. I was offered the opportunity to join their club, but it wasn't pushed on me. Overall it was a great stay and if I am ever back there, I will definitely stay there again!
