The staff and management were friendly and accommodating with a few requests due to extended stay. Fantastic for the price. Parking was a bit of a challenge but it was managable. The facility is under remodel but it was not noisy. Pool was indoor but not heated. I would stay here again.

Would Not Recommend or Visit Again
I stayed here twice and both times were not good experiences. The bathroom sinks don't drain properly, there are sewer flies in the rooms, there is a musty smell in every area of the hotel, the wifi is not capable of streaming any movie/tv show, and the check-in process was frustrating. I waited over 40 minutes for someone to come to the front desk when I arrived to check-in. I always stay more than once before forming an opinion of a place unless it was unforgivably bad. This hotel was bad both times I stayed while in town for work.

Renovating and yet clean
The hotel is still doing renovations and isn’t in the best area. If you are okay with a strip club, gas stations and a McDonald’s close by, then this is your place. The staff was helpful and the room was relaxing and clean. The shining moment was realizing that my room window had a perfect view of the morning sunrise.

We checked in on Friday around 10 pm and the lady at the front desk was so sweet! After a long day she has us lugging. The cleaning staff was onsite the next day as late as 6pm making sure the spaces were clean and nice.

Despite everything it was a great stay
The hotel is being updated and when we got off the elevator we realized construction was still ongoing. Despite that, our room had been updated and was so comfy after a long drive. The power was out because of the storms so we went and explored Lexington and found some great spots. The staff was so apologetic for the power situation and made sure our room was comfortable. I would stay here again.

Nice, comfortable little hotel.
This is a nice, comfortable hotel which is currently being remodeled. Upon check-in, the front desk was experiencing computer problems and it took a little bit to get us registered. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I feel like we'll probably stay there on our next visit to Lexington.

This property was dirty. I had to remake my bed because the sheets were completely dirty on my bed. My room looked as tho it had not been cleaned. Only the trash pulled. I asked to switch rooms and was told it wasn’t allowed. The staff was not interested in assisting me or hearing my concerns. Just brushed me off and was kinda like oh well nothing we can do but you can remake your own beds with the linen I gave you. Poor customer service/ relations. Won’t be going back.
