I had forgot to request a ground level room. They made some changes and secured a ground level for us. We had a pet and the next door pet did bark some, but that is to be expected, somewhat uncontrollable, but not excessive. The staff was again very accommodating to our requests and needs.

The property was clean, quiet and plenty of parking. There were a lot of different food options near the property. The only negative would be the pillows, way too flat. Overall, the property deserves 5 stars.

The property appears to be relatively new but had issues. The door to the room had to be pushed so hard to close and would not lock properly. The grouting in the shower was not pretty and there was brown mold. The toilet paper holder was falling off wall. Something was splattered on wall by trash in bathroom that had not been cleaned. We discovered LOTs of ants in the bathroom which is strange on 2nd floor room. We took the stairs from side door often and there was spilled cereal that was there when we arrived and still when we left. Definitely not what we expected.

Expedia doesn't know this, but hotels are charging an additional 75 per pet now. This is not in the literature. It used to be where their was a deposit, but now, they are out and out charging additional money. I did not stay at this hotel, because I'm tired of hotels gauging money for pets.

We got there around 10:30 pm (it's a 5-hour drive from our house, with the time change), and the gentleman that greeted us was very friendly and courteous. I was afraid with us getting there that late, that the room might not be held. He even helped give us directions to the place we were going the next morning. I will definitely stay there again, if we are in that area!

The staff was friendly and helpful. The property was clean and central to many restaurants and shopping. Dog friendly. Stations for the dogs to go to bathroom on the property. They gave a little door hanger that says something cute about our room having dogs.

This hotel was absolutely wonderful and very comfortable. I would have given 5 stars but we had some issues. The tv guide claimed they had Disney Jr and they did not which was not good with my 19 month old. They had youtube but you could not search to find anything specific at all. The property is very clean and very quiet and has excellent amenities. If you are not traveling with a Bluey obsessed small child, this is the hotel for you!
