Our room was okay. There was a sulfur smell for awhile but we managed to get it to go away. Had some trouble adjusting the heat. I’ve always enjoyed breakfast there but today I felt it was lackluster. The toast and oatmeal were fine.

Under staffed with untrained employees.

After 50 minutes and the one person working couldn’t find our reservation, we cancelled our reservation and tried to book a room at the front desk and he was unable to do so as well. There was no one in management to help him so we went to the Holiday Inn next door. We were not the only ones who had a problem either. Train your staff or have a manager be available.

The place is showing wear. Cigarette burns on the sofa and rug in our room, even though it was a nonsmoking room I was told. You also heard highway traffic noise all night on the 5th floor.
