The floors were nasty. When my husband walked on them barefoot he had to wash his feet each time before putting his shoes on. The covers had several cigarette burns and stains on it. The night stand was filthy and had to be wiped off before we could sit anything on it. The morning we was leaving we seen a roach crawling in the bathroom floor. The air conditioning didnt keep the room cool. We brought our own fan so that helped. We only stayed one night which was enough. We will not be ver stay here again. It needs alot of attention.

I will never stay here again.My kids and I were bitten by bedbugs. I told the front desk and ask to move to a different room which were also infested with bedbugs.That morning I told her upon me checking out that both rooms were infested she only states I will let management know.She never once offered any apologies or refund or anything. I will NEVER stay at any RedRoof again

Don’t waste your money!
Very dirty and unclean room upon arrival, uncomfortable bed, toilet ran all night, cricket in the wall, trash everywhere outside. Would not recommend staying at this hotel. The only positive was the receptionist who was very friendly.

We enjoyed our brief stay. One of the staircases can be repaired. The middle one. One or two steps seems a bit old and seem tad bit unstable but overall place was clean. We got good service and we left the next day

Overall good for someone carrying a pet. Recepcionist did not give us a booked smoking free room at beginning which was changed right after. Otherwise conveniently located close to hwy75

The housekeeper was amazing. One of the cleanest rooms I've ever had. Super happy with that. It was a great experience, quiet and clean. That's all ya can ask for from a motel at that price 😁

I had recently stayed at a Red Roof Inn in another city which had in room fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. I was very disappointed to learn this one had none of those, and was not well maintained. The outside had lots of trash and half the light bulbs did not work. Staff was not rude but did not seem to care.

The front desk lady was very nice and helpful. It been nice to have a fridge or microwave but that's my faught I didn't read the description of the room very well. The room was clean and smelled great over all had no complaints

Upon checking in at midnight, the front desk clerk was a very untidy man, work shirt was stained and disgusting - there was a women in her pajamas showing him how to do things on the computer. Not a good look at all. The staff was not welcoming at all, desk staff and housekeeping - the remote did not work - after telling the morning clerk she didn’t even offer someone to look or a new remote, she kinda just stared at us and said ok. I will definitely never stay at this property again.

Awful condition.
The room smelled terrible, it was not clean, just surface clean. The ceiling tile was about to fall in, shower head was coming out the wall. Stains on the bedding. My husband and I didn’t stay we left afraid we would get sick from the mildew smell.
