The place was very clean but my room at the end of the building closest to the roads was very noisy due to poor sound proofing. The shower had only warm water not hot (not a huge deal but still ...). The Wifi was free as advertised but was not secure, so some websites restricted what they allowed me to do. It just felt like the motel owners were trying to squeeze out every nickel of expense even for items that weren't expensive to provide.

Crystal was really great when we checked in, very friendly. We had two towels in our room and requested extra towels the next day. WE HAD TO TAKE OUR DIRTY TOWELS DOWNSTAIRS TO RECEIVE NEW ONES. I was shocked. We didn't have any room service, no one came and emptied trash or refilled TP or tissue; we couldn't use the coffee maker because it didn't have all the pieces to brew coffee; the free breakfast was empty at 8:00am; no eggs, no waffle batter, the canadian bacon was crispy, there was one and a half biscuits left; it was a disaster. The only FANTASTIC thing on this visit was Crystal at check in.

A Waffle House is steps away. Gas station convenience store close by, breakfast was decent several optios and beds were very comfortable! One thing that’s need improvement asap is how slippery the pool area is with or without shoes! We had several slips and a fall!

The Entrance area stinks. Service desk very unprofessional. Breakfast wasn’t any good. They didn’t do anything to your room the whole time you were there. They expected you to bring your dirty towels and etc to the front desk to get clean ones each day. We had to purchase Lysol and spray our room each time we went in because it stinks. Bed was comfortable that’s all i can say.

Terrible management that lies.
Traveling with my wife, 19 month old daughter, and 13 year old daughter. Made the appointment 2 hours before arriving. Arrived at 1:00am. No one was at the desk to check us in. Rang the service bell, look all around for staff no one was there. Called the hotel and listened to their phone ring loudly throughout the lobby. Waited 20 mins before giving up and leaving to drive 30 more mins until we found another hotel. Notified hotels.com they called the hotel on my behalf but the hotel said I was only there 2 minutes and then left. That is a lie. The hotel refuses to refund my money. The hotel manager has never taken my calls or called me back. Terrible Management. Essentially stole my money. They accepted my reservation but no one was there to check us in. I just want what is right to be done and my money refunded.
