The room beside us had 3 barking dogs, upon checking out we were hit with 144.00 we paid on Expedia and thought it was all covered , the valet, parking, resort and it keeps going , we won’t be back

This is a beautiful hotel and had the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in! The only parking option is valet that cost $24, or across the street in another parking lot for $16. They had plenty of parking spots available in the lot, so I felt the price was little bit expensive. This hotel has an awesome roof top bar. I would def stay again.

Overall an amazing experience. The chef in process was easy. We had our little dogs with us and stayed for one night for a conference and the front desk customer service lady was professional and so kind to let us check out late so that I did not have to rush after my last meeting. Our pets had a great stay and everyone we encountered from the valet service to room service was wonderful! We live in Cincinnati and travel for business and can’t recommend this hotel enough! The roof top bar is amazing! And Thank you for letting our fur babies enjoy your wonderful hotel.
