The Manchester was magnificent!

Hotel staff are amazing - very friendly, accommodating, and helpful. I had the best stay. The bed was so comfortable. All the extra little touches in the room and the decor were lovely. Would come back to Lexington just for the chance to stay here again!

The hotel is unique in several ways and it is a great location. But since you asked, I have a few suggestions. Somebody needs to take a bead gun and fill in the gap between the shower door and wall. This was an issue the last time we were there and nothing has changed. We had to go downstairs and ask for extra towels to sop up the floor in the bathroom. Since I am on a roll, I also asked if there were certain rooms or a floor that was designated “no pets allowed “, as many of us are allergic to dogs. I love my dog, but I can’t sleep with him in the same room, much less in the bed. I suspect the majority of people that travel with pets allow their dogs to sleep with them. My final concern was the fact that they issued a room card to another couple who opened up the door as I was getting ready to shower - I’m not sure who was more surprised, them or me! Basically they had double booked the room by mistake, and the young lady at the desk was extremely apologetic. After spending 400 dollars for one night I was expecting more. It will be interesting to see if this review gets on their website

We held our son’s engagement party at the Manchester and the staff was absolutely amazing. We reserved a suite for the engaged couple and a room for myself. The entire experience was amazing and hotel staff went the extra mile to make the event a success.

Beautiful room, comfy bed and super cool atmosphere. It’s pricey however! Also, we were on the 6th floor and could hear the rooftop bar. We could also hear our neighbor snoring amongst other things.
