Note that getting from the parking garage to this lake-level space requires walking down several stairs. (Alternatively, it's possible to walk down the slopped grass next to the sidewalk/stairs.)
We're often away, but when present we live on the 2nd and 3rd floors with a separate entrance on the 2nd-floor. We may cross paths with you in common areas (e.g., garage, laundry room, outdoors), but typically won't given that we're often away.
