True Tranquility on the Lake
We spent two weeks at this townhouse. Property is better than pictured in listing. Neighborhood and neighbors quiet. Good neighborhood to walk and run. The view is beautiful; sunrise on the lake, geese, ducks and turtles. The beds are ultra comfortable and the 1st floor is its own self contained oasis. Large garage with plenty of room to park. I was apprehensive about Katya the cat but she is so sweet and so low maintenance you hardly know she is there. She does shed a bit so if you are there for more than a few days you may need to do a quick spot vacuum. Appliances are new, AC worked great. Big washer and dryer. Couple of minor questions and Jason responded immediately. Nothing but great things to say about this property. We will be back.

The house and everything in it seems brand new. It was fun to cook and lots of room for the kids.
This is a great place. Everything seems new and clean. Very comfortable beds and house. Best part was the sunrises over the lake.

Very upscale townhome in super great location. Super clean and modern decor.
Recently stayed at this property. Pictures don’t even compare to how beautiful this home is inside. Katya our hostess was waiting for us when we first got there. She’s adorable and friendly. My son loved her so much. The kitchen is perfect. The views of the lake were amazing. We seen so many turtles swimming and sunbathing during our stay. We also enjoyed the exercise room. I would definitely recommend this property.

Wonderful Stay!
We had a wonderful stay at Tranquility on the lake. The rooms and furnishings were comfortable and well thought out. The kitchens were well stocked and we appreciated the vitamix and coffee makers. The location was perfect for reaching the Kentucky Horse Park and downtown Lexington. We would return to this rental!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The place was everything we were told it would be. The owner was very responsive to any questions we had. If I'm ever in the Lexington area, would love to stay there again

Excellent location to the KHP..
Great location near pleat activities around Lexington. Excellent place to stay after a long horse show. Great cat. Very limited parking. Works best with small and compact vehicles. We competed at the KHP and had a hard time finding a place to park 3 full size trucks when we returned to the complex. The house is lovely and the outdoor space is relaxing. The owner is super to work with and we enjoyed our stay.

Upscale Tranquility on the Lake
The title says it all. The property was just completed, and very well appointed with all the amenities. There was a covered porch with a very nice outdoor grilling area and the scenery was breathtaking! It was centrally located, in a quiet, upscale neighborhood. Everyone we came in contact with was exceptionally nice and helpful. The owner was easy to work with, and prompt with any needed information.
