It was a shower and a bed.
The elevator was broken. I had no trouble navigating the three flights repeatedly, but would’ve been difficult for others. No curtains on the window in my room! I also saw a roach in the room. I’ve never seen one in a hotel room before. The stairwell was a bit smoky. The smokers hung out by the exit.

Poor
First room I was placed in smelled like cigarette smoke and smelled poorly. I was placed in a second room and the fridge was dirty on the outside and once the heat was turned on, it also smelled like cigarette smoke. The bed killed my back and the pillows were nonexistent.

I lot of things needed attention. Dry wall broken behind the door, bad wiring in light switches, drawer front hanging off, signs of water damage in bathroom, bent chair legs. The front desk people were nice. If you need a cheap place to stay, this might be for you. If you need a nice place to stay, look elsewhere.

This place was in shambles when we got there. Whole place smells like smoke and the bathroom in our room was untouched from previous people (dried puke and piss around toilet bowl). And to top it all off we had a fire alarm go off at 4am. Then at 10am, (checkout at 11am), we had an employee aggressively knock on our door with the intent of waking us up. 1/10 experience if I have ever had one.

I’d been helping a friend and her family stay here. Paid a month up front. 2.5 weeks in, they made up some b.s. reason to kick them and another family out and refused to refund me my money.

The smell in the elevator and hallways was unbearable and seeped into the room. The bathroom was filthy and was not cleaned -hairs on the floor and toilet.

Customer service was not up to par...the property manager was very rude, unpleasant, and unprofessional.... i would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The roooms, hallways, and elevator smell like smoke. The washer and dryers will take your money and dont dry your clothes. Unpleasant experience
