This beautiful holiday apartment for a maximum of 3 people is part of a wooden holiday home and is located in Liebenfels in Carinthia, in the middle of nature on a large Berber horse stud farm. The ecologically built wooden holiday home is located at 1250 m above sea level in a secluded location in the middle of the pastures.

The detached wooden holiday home offers two separate, fully furnished and modern holiday apartments on 2 floors.

This 45m² apartment can accommodate a maximum of 3 people and is located on the upper floor and has a large bedroom, a bathroom, a spacious living and dining room with a sofa bed and a modern, open and fully equipped kitchen. Outside there is a spacious, large fenced terrace with a south-east orientation with a view of the horse paddocks, as well as a breathtaking view of the Klagenfurt Basin and the Karawanken mountain range.

The wooden holiday home is surrounded by pure nature and wonderful hiking and riding trails. The state capital Klagenfurt, the famous Wörthersee and Italy are only 30 minutes away by car. The Simonhöhe, a hiking and biking paradise and in winter the nearest ski area with 15 kilometers of slopes and 7 lifts, can be reached in 15 minutes by car. Other well-known ski areas such as the Bad Kleinkirchheim ski area with 103 kilometers of slopes and the Gerlitzen Alpe ski area with 52 kilometers of fully snow-covered slopes can also be easily reached in about 1 hour by car.

In summer, the Kraigersee in Frauenstein, the Urbansee in Sankt Urban, the idyllic Goggausee in Steuerberg or the Längensee in Sankt Georgen offer lots of swimming fun! You can also reach the famous Wörthersee in approx. 15-20 kilometers by car.

Directly in Liebenfels or in Sankt Veit an der Glan there are plenty of shopping opportunities for your daily needs as well as a good selection of restaurants.
