The accommodation is located on the upper floor of the Villa and consists of: kitchen with induction hob, refrigerator and television; bathrooms; four bedrooms: one with three bunk beds; one with two single beds; one with two single beds and finally a double bedroom with an additional bunk bed;
Guests in the winter will have access to the pellet stove in the corridor.

The Villa offers ample space for you, your family and friends for a stopover and to visit the splendid Lignano Sabbiadoro and the surrounding towns.

The accommodation is located on the mezzanine floor and is very spacious, equipped with: 4 bedrooms (two double bedrooms, one bedroom with two single beds and a bunk bed and a last bedroom with three bunk beds). All bedrooms are equipped with a ceiling fan; kitchen with induction hob and refrigerator; bathrooms; three bedrooms are equipped with a terrace and electric shutters;

In the winter, guests will have access to the pellet stove in the corridor for heating.

The Villa is accessed through a door and cars can be parked either in front of the entrance door or inside the Villa.
Guests will be provided with sheets, blankets, towels and pillows.

The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, microwave oven, refrigerator with no frost freezer.

The Villa has a garden.

From May 1st to September 30th the tourist tax is 0.70 euros per person per day, to be paid at check in.
Check in is from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm, late check ins will be subject to a surcharge to be paid at check in.

Wifi is available and is self-limited to 15 GB per day.
It is forbidden to organize parties.
For check ins outside the hours indicated on Airbnb, a surcharge will be applied to be paid at check in.
Pets are allowed and a surcharge will be applied to be paid at check in.

For security reasons the Villa is equipped with an external video surveillance system.
