I booked this hotel to stay 2 nights. I arrived early and asked them if the room is ready. They said it has to be 2pm. Okay that’s fine. I hung around in the area and came back, heard couple groups of people just got let in early. I asked again the front desk that why can other people check in but me? She just smile and shakes her head like what does that even mean? When we were checking out today around noon. I saw them handing out keys to some customers, so they pick and choose who can get the room? I would like a refund from this booking.

This is a great hotel in a walkable area - close to Kennedy Park and a few blocks up from the ocean. The rooms were well equipped with a comfortable bed. I was impressed with the breakfast having a good amount of choices. The coffee and juices were delicious. They do have a water filter system in the lobby to refill your water bottle. I only wish the front staff would have mentioned it when checking in. This would have avoided purchasing a bottle in the room for 5 sol. It’s okay, we still really enjoyed the hotel. If I were to return to Lima, I would not hesitate to stay at this hotel again.

The hotel and staff were excellent. We had the free breakfast as part of the vip package, but did not use it. The area around the hotel was very walkable and had a lot of restaurants and stores. Highly recommend the hotel.
