Nice place to stay
This is the 3rd or 4th time we have stayed at the Vienna House Easy. Rooms and public areas are spotless. Breakfast was excellent. The hotel is ideally situated for visiting the picturesque old town.

Overrated and overpriced
Here's my detailed review of this hotel: 1- the front desk receptionist is very friendly and spoke fluent English. 2- the carpet in the hallway leading up to the rooms is of the lowest quality possible and it was super dirty (on 4th floor). 3- the carpet in the room is also of the cheap kind but was a bit cleaner than the hallways carpet. 4- the bed was comfortable but the pillows were not... they were of the kind that goes flat and you'd have to constantly fold it in order to have your head elevated enough for a good head rest. 5- the shower arrangement is one of the worst... did the person who designed it tried to take a shower in it? I bet not. 6- the hotel could invest in individual bottles of shampoo, conditioner and shower gel instead of the bulk bottles mounted to the wall. 7- the room lacked air-conditioning and therefore; on a hot summer day or night, you'd have to open the window to get some cool breeze into the room. This will in turn make the room extremely noisy as the noise from the road below fills the room. 8- the breakfast is about average and nothing to brag about. 9- the location is ok but it is right off the main road into Limburg and therefore lots of traffic noise. 10- the room rate for this 2-star hotel is high... for the quality that it is, it should be half.

Convenient for visiting Limburg
This is the second time staying here using as an overnight stay whilst en-route to a holiday. We timed this visit so we arrived early so we got a proper look around the delightful old town of Limburg. Lovely hotel with friendly staff.Excellent breakfast as well.

Excellent hotel
We found the hotel to be excellent, clean & modern, the staff were very helpful & friendly. The breakfast was amazing & available from 6.30 to 10.30 which is very generous. The check out time was 12 noon which is later than many places & gave us time to have another morning in Limburg. The location was very good with easy walking to the old part of Limburg & the newer part & to the railway station Limburg Lahn - all within a few minutes of the hotel.

Had a one night en route stay. Hotel is just off the motorway with free parking. Large modern comfortable bedroom and a decent (early) breakfast before heading off.

Lovely place to stay
Limburg is a lovely place to visit and the Vienna house easy hotel is an excellent base. All staff were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast choices were excellent.

Location, room conditions, and staff service, everything was perfect and foremost staffs there were all well-trained and efficient. I love this hotel. This was my second time to stay in this hotel in fact.

Second stay within a month or so and again problem with the heating in my room. This clearly shows that hotel's heating system is not working properly which is a problem for cold winter months. I had to ask for a portable heater at the reception again. Their first response was "we have given them all away to other rooms" (this indicates others have issue with the heating) but in the end they managed to find one more unit.

Nice and clean hotel, very convenient for parking. Great staff. However, there was not enough heating in my room I was freezing while the heater was turned on to max. Very kind gentleman from the reception came to check the issue, agreed that the heating is low. In 5 minutes he was back with a portable heater. I am not sure if heating is issue in the whole hotel or just this one room. I am hesitant to book this hotel again considering that winter has just started. Great assistance provided by the staff on the above problem, thank you very much
