Experience ultimate serenity at this unique, tranquil off-grid getaway. Ridgeview Estate is set on 100 acres with stunning views at every turn. Sit back and unwind watching clouds float over Wollumbin Mt Warning and the Border Ranges NP. Soak in the outdoor bath or take a refreshing dip in the creeks nearby. Roast marshmallows by the outdoor fire and gaze at a trillion stars. Enjoy bushwalks, waterfalls and the Rail Trail. Just 4.5kms from Tyalgum village with cafes, general store and pub, 50 mins from Gold Coast Airport.

Set on a working farm, the architect designed home boasts stunning views of mountains and rolling hinterland from every room. The modern eco-home is completely off grid yet has all mod con's including internet, air conditioning and dishwasher. The design incorporates high ceilings, cross-flow ventilation, carpeted bedrooms and polished wooden floors, and is comfortably cool in summer yet warm in winter. Relax in a lounge chair and gaze out to Wollumbin Mt Warning through the large picture window. Enjoy cooking in the modern kitchen with the six-burner gas stove and chef's 900mm wide oven. Drink chilled filtered rainwater straight from the sink's zip water tap. Get your barista on with the Breville espresso machine. Binge your favourite shows on the impressive 65" HD TV. Entertain on the large covered deck overlooking Limpinwood valley and the Border Ranges NP, complete with BBQ, ceiling fan and operable aluminum screens. Cosy up indoors by the fire or outside by the firepit, practice yoga or relax in the outdoor bath on the lower deck while gazing out to the views. Well behaved pets are allowed outside or on the covered deck.

The Bedrooms all feature picture windows with views and comfortable new King mattresses. The beds in rooms 2 and 3 can be configured as king beds or twin singles if you prefer (please confirm your preference on booking). The Master Bedroom features a walk-in-robe and private ensuite.

Guests have full access to the house, pathways and dam. Walking through the paddocks is permitted we only ask for you to keep gates closed and be respectful towards the cattle. The large shed located near the house is used frequently by our caretaker and is not permitted for guests due to safety. While your privacy is of utmost important to us, our caretaker is periodically on site and / or working in the shed attending to farm matters.

Can't relax? Don't worry there's plenty to do nearby! Explore local creeks and waterfalls, visit the charming town of Tyalgum, hike up the Pinnacle or nearby Bruce Hurricane Falls (experience recommended), take a scenic drive to Natural Bridge, Uki or Murwillumbah with the Tweed Art Gallery and popular Rail Trail are all but a few suggestions!
There's a private patio. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. A Smart television is provided for your entertainment. The bathroom has a shower and a hair dryer. Conveniences include a microwave and a coffee/tea maker.
