The lady at the front desk could use some...retraining. when you book an ocean view room , it does not mean just a room that faces the direction of where the ocean would be,or a room with a balcony. This is our third trip to this motel where she has given us this run around. The last 2 times there was enough room that we could move rooms but in my opinion,she needs better training or a different position. People pay good money for this establishment. They should get what they ask for without a ridiculous excuse. this run around

Very loud . You can hear everything thru the walls . Had my door knocked on multiple times from 2am-4am. The bed was collapsing on the side so my wife and I slept terribly. People running through the night in the halls. Will never stay here again. Also I proceeded to check out a day early and ask for a refund on my second night. The front desk guy said he had received numerous complaints on the noise and assured me his boss would reach out after 3 when they got in…. Still haven’t heard anything and they now seem to be dodging the company who I booked the stay with . Very sketchhhh

We drove a few hours on a holiday weekend to this Hotel. When we arrived the front desk worker informed us they gave away our 2nd night reservation because we had selected pay at property. This was on a busy double holiday weekend and availability anywhere else affordable was slim to non. She was very rude and unhelpful in explaining why this happened and said we could only stay the first night or cancel but could not stay the weekend. Thank goodness for Inn at Wecoma they had one room left. She was very accommodating at the hotel was very nice with a hot breakfast, pool and hot tub. I would recommend Inn at Wecoma any day over OYO in Lincoln city. They also seem very outdated and ran down the only thing going for them is location and proximity to the beach.

The room was great, except the shower hardly put out any water as it was impossible to engage the shower head and not have water pouring out of the tub faucet. The first floor smelled strongly of marajuana and the milk in the breakfast was sour. Comfortable beds and good customer service. Thanks.

Staff was friendly. We requested room close to elevator and at first was given a room furthest away. It was rectified immediately after calling. The fan in our room wouldn't turn off and took two days to get it fixed. Limited breakfast options (waffles, toast, cold cereal, and a few selections of fresh fruit ). Other than that as with most hotels these days no daily cleaning but was advised of this at check in so was made aware. Which not all hotels tell you up front, so this info was appreciated Beds were comfortable liked being close to Mo's restaurant.

Didn’t realize the office closes at 10 so we got there right as they were closing and got to our room, found it was a disaster and had no way to get anything done about it. Poop smeared on the bathroom floor, stuff smeared on the counter between the sinks, a light bulb missing, no remote for the fan in the room. Then they gave constant excuses about the manager isn’t here and they are the only ones who can do anything about that.

Don't book here. We booked 2 nights for a king bed a month in advance. We showed up and the front desk told us that our room was only available for 1 night. Blamed it on their system. So we waited till she could figure something out for us. A couple minutes go by and she says, "yay! I got you guys a room with a queen, but it's ocean view! I just had to cancel tomorrow night's stay for that room." Mind you the view is not ocean view, it was the bay just as we had originally but with a King size bed and NO discount for the change AND she openly admitted to canceling someone else's stay for Valentine's day weekend. We left to grab food and when we came back, we overheard a couple who had shown up and found that their booking had been canceled AS THEY WERE ON THEIR WAY. DO NOT STAY HERE. Rooms are filthy, bed is uncomfortable, furniture is outdated. Not worth the money spent here
