This was a surprising hidden gem in Lincoln City. Great access to the beach and beautiful views. Newly remodeled and very ckean and comfortable beds and great shower. Per friendly with an putdoor hise to rinse off sand. The grab and go breakfast was ok, no alternatives fir gluten or dairy free folks, which would be appreciated for the futute. 5 to 10 minute walk for coffee. Reasonably priced and friendly ataff. Love the Smart TV option as well and the mini fridge actually worked well. We will be back!

It was odd to find the room had no closet. Overall very clean but also very bare-bones. No carpet, or even a rug, made every sound echo and amplified the noises from adjacent rooms. Loved the fancy electric fireplace/heater. The kitchenette was great.

Room with deck looking out to ocean was beautiful. Room smelled like Marijuana was used by previous guests. We were given air freshener to resolve. Staff was great and so was the hotel. Beach was very nice. Lack of parking is the only issue.

Location, plus!! Noise, very negative :-(
Everything was great...Location, spaciousness, cleanliness. We had a 1st floor end unit. Then... the upstairs neighbors moved in. We are not sure if they were extra noisy, the floors and walls were extra thin, or both, but WOW. We marvelled at how much we could hear them say and how much we could hear them, and their dog, move around. The staff was super nice, the room was very clean, and the ocean super close. Get a 3rd floor unit if you can't handle the noise, but be prepared that the 2nd floor folks might hear all you do and say.

The Absolute best experience in a Motel ever….From Kayla at the front desk to housekeeping to Groundskeeper/Maintenance…Every one of them were perfect…The Rooms were very nice and a recent remodel made them shine…the Decks off of the downstair rooms were spacious and Brand new…The Beach access was fantastic and only about 50 steps down to a Beautiful Unhindered Beach for miles …We were watching Whales Breeching and feeding about a half mile offshore…from our deck…If I could give them a 1000 stars for Quality I would

Horrible, do not go! (Lies, all lies!)
I would love to give this place a high review, but then I would be worried others would know about the hidden gem we found! This place was great for the price. I have already booked it again for the king tides. The view from the patio was great and we loved the ease of beach access. The breakfast was standard but fresh, and the front desk was helpful and fun to talk to.

We had a great experience, the staff was amazing. One employee even laundered a blanket we had brought from home because of a spill, that was a huge step above and beyond and was very appreciated. My only complaint is that there is not much noise cancellation between rooms. We had a family above us that kept us up very late on Saturday night. I am not being dramatic to say it was impossible to ignore and the office closes early, so we couldn't reach out to the front desk for a courtesy call to ask them to quiet down. If not for the issue with being able to ask for some suppport with noise at midnight I would have given 5 stars. We will be back and will happily stay here again!!!!

Newer facility. Large rooms. Large bathroom with walk-in shower. Bed very comfortable. Window needed to be cleaned on the outside, not a good view. They also have a problem with water getting in behind the window along the top. Mold present.
