I returned to this property cuz I had a good experience . Unfortunately, I got the penthouse and didn't realize that the hot water heater would not support me and my guest. I wasn't informed about the hot water heater until I noticed it on my check-in sheet.

It was a cute wel kept apartment like setting. Could have used an ice maker but ice was in lobby. Breakfast was excellent. Ice cream was very good and available all day.

I really liked the room however when my special needs son broke the tv, we were asked to leave. I did tell them right away and was honest about the damage. I just was hoping for a different outcome due to us having nowhere to go due to a house fire and the short notice didn’t help. Please explain why a long stay hotel welcomes displaced families with pets and takes extra fees every night for a deposit and then turns around and takes a stand against people who are forthcoming with the truth? I guess that’s why people lie.

This is my go to hotel in Lincoln, I've stayed here three or four times now. I love having a full kitchen and washing machine, and because the units are small buildings, it's always quiet - none of the usual hotel hallway noise. It's an extremely convenient location as well, right in the heart of town close to the mall and several grocery stores.

We stayed here for our anniversary staycation, and enjoyed it very much! We particularly appreciated the resort style hangout area and private patio. It is a great choice if you’re looking for a relaxing place to stay. We’ll be back next year!

Great room, we stay here every Thanksgiving and have never been disappointed. Clean and comfortable rooms and the service is always great. They have a nice breakfast with variety and the 24 hour soft serve ice cream is a nice touch.

Love the kind staff and all of the wonderful amenities. Always a wonderful breakfast, always kind staff, always a clean room. Definitely appreciate the little store in the office that has easy dinner items and such. Always appreciate the washer & dryer in the room so i can wash my clothes drom my vacation before i make it the rest of the way home.

Beautiful Room and Perfect Holiday
It was a beautiful and amazingly comfortable and spacious room. We had two queen beds and a loft king bed. We had a kitchen and two bathrooms. I was pleasantly surprised by the set-up, space, kitchen, etc. We were able to host thanksgiving for 6-7 people. When we needed anything, they were very accommodating to whatever that was.
