This is my second time staying at Annabell Gardens. I will continue to stay at this facility whenever I am in Lincoln , Nebraska. I highly recommend this facility. Beautiful, well maintained, condo-style rooms. Impeccably maintained facilities and very friendly and helpful staff.

Positives first...free ice cream 24x7! Staff also suggested a late checkout so we could enjoy the pool a little longer. The only real negative is that I suggest you replace the carpeting in the living rooms and bedrooms with LVP or laminate flooring. Carpeting is stained and impossible to keep clean. Also, pool area needs better daily cleaning and some of the woodwork on buildings is beginning to rot - normal upkeep. Overall, great accommodations.

This is our favourite place in Lincoln. When we travel across country we make a point to stay here. Everything is simply snacking here: the rooms are super spacious and all have kitchens! The staff are the friendliest people ever. And breakfast is so good that we simply cannot leave without having it. Just an awesome place overall!

Annabelle Gardens is different than most hotels. You are actually renting a small apartment! Complete with washer and dryer in the unit! The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast included some unexpected choices like Greek yogurt, pancakes and fruit cups. Would definitely stay here again!

Kitchen was barely stocked, which was a challenge because we cooked at least one meal daily. Otherwise we loved the room - the layout and location was exactly what we needed!

Very charming. Only four rooms to a unit. Nice little pathways to walk. Close to shopping. Penthouse suite was amazing! So much room for me and the grand kids! They loved the pool and hot tub! Buffet breakfast! Little on site convenience shop. Really enjoyed our stay. 100% will stay there again!

This is, hands down, the best place I’ve ever stayed on a road trip. My top priorities are always cleanliness, safety and a comfortable bed. This place exceeded my expectations on all 3 and more! The grounds were beautiful, the parking lot was perfectly clean and well-lit, the breakfast was hot and had lots of options - but the best part was how fresh and clean the rooms & bathrooms were. Our unit even had a washer and dryer! But the VERY best part was the extremely comfortable, king-sized bed (all of the beds were equally comfy). I often have a hard time sleeping in hotels, even when they’re clean and quiet. Not here - I slept like one of my teenagers when it’s summer ;) I HIGHLY recommend!

Andrea at the front counter went out of her way to make our family’s stay absolutely wonderful. We had a huge amount of family members in town for our beloved aunt’s funeral and we were all thrilled with the service she provided. Everyone was a fabulous employee.
