Everything was great except for the elevator. They had three elevators, which were all incredibly slow. It took 10 minutes for the elevators to arrive. It was really slow and all the guests noticed it. We were taking bets on how long they would take as we waited.

Front desk people were terrible, the elevators were down. They chose to lie and say there was no service elevator so my handicapped mother was stuck on the 8th floor for an hour until your amazing kind cleaning staff took us down the service elevator they supposedly didn’t have

First room had a hole in ceiling of shower, and water dripping from ceiling is sitting room, had to move. Second room had knob missing on lamp. Friend air conditioning did you work. Rate too high for what you got

My only complaint about this property is the breakfast they offer. We stayed here for 5 nights and they served the same breakfast items daily and the choices were very limited. They should have variations every day for those who would stay more than 1 day.

Worst hotel stay ever

Housekeeping services was HORRIBLE. Every night we came back to our suite there was an issue. By the 3rd day-the room was “half” done. And we were told the 3rd day is when a complete room cleaning would be done. On the 4th day we got back at 6PM and our room was never even cleaned. We had been gone for about 7 hours. We had to wait almost an hour for the room to be done. The carpet in the halls and elevator area were not vacuumed. Saw the same items on the floors for 3 days. Our glasses and dishes were never removed or replaced. We had to do it ourselves.

Location is good that’s bout it

Bed was comfortable that was about it ac didn’t work well kept going on and off and the hotel was out of soap to shower with so we had to use shampoo as the house keeping was unable to understand our request and took them multiple trips of random soap items with an unresolved solution.
