We always try to stay at an Embassy Suites because they are known for their complimentary happy hour and their full spread breakfasts. This Embassy Suites did not offer a Happy Hour with alcoholic beverages and the appetizers were severely lacking. The breakfasts were constantly under stocked and they ran out of coffee cups making the guests wait for 30 minutes plus. The rooms were nice. The mattresses and pillows definitely could use updating.

HOT DIRTY SLOW. There was hair (not ours) in the shower and bathroom floor, no wash rags, the AC didn’t work well. Called ahead for early check in, was told it would be fine to check in at our ETA for $20 fee. Had to wait in the lobby for 1 hour to check in and staff just kept saying “just a couple more minutes”

The furniture is outdated. Our couch was dirty and stained. The cushions were really worn and thin. The chair in the living room was worse. The cushion and support were so bad you fell into the bottom. The last night there the ceiling was dripping water on the bed where my husband slept. The reception at night had complimentary soft drinks but alcohol drinks were not. The food at the reception was sliced celery, squash and ranch dressing. Really poor. For what I paid expected a nicer room, nicer staff. Surprised this is offered by Expedia We were accosted at the front door by staff trying to sell us a time share. After declining several times we had to walk away because they kept pushing. Just awful

property offers everything you need for a quick stay. Clean, free breakfast, pool , gym so everyone is covered from kids to adults. A for sure will stay here again. and if you are a Hilton member if gets even better
