Close to Lincoln City Centre, decent condition.
Made us feel welcome at Reception, helped with the reduced rate car parking. Room in good condition, had the essentials we needed. Great & close location to The Engine Shed at the Uni, for a music gig. And no more than 10 minutes walk to the city centre shops and restaurants.

Good hotel
Really nice hotel, had a bit of an issue with bl**d on the wall. Hotel staff moved us rooms instantly and gave us a free drink. Overall very nice hotel in a perfect spot for exploring lincoln. Breakfast included in the price, food was nuce and bed was comfortable

Superb service and welcome, spotlessly clean, comfortable and well equipped bedroom in a central position. Our full English buffet breakfast was included in the price and set us up for the day, whilst the spacious bar area served a very quaffable merlot in the evening! Factor in the rewards scheme and discount parking and this whole package represents tremendous value for money too. Highly recommended.

Good stay again. Still shame the bar is not used more. As staff friendly and nice to talk with. Also bar does need a corkscrew.! I had to assist a guest with a cork bottle of wine - not all wine has a screw top - luckily i overheard the guests dilemma and was able to help him.

City hotel with parking
Clean small room and bathroom. Could do with more drawer space. Breakfast buffet style and good. Probably one of the nearest to the city centre that has parking and is reasonably priced.
