Fantastic hotel in every way.
Bunch of friends stayed to attend a concert at PBA. Super cool design vibe. Customer service was exceptional. Rooms are quiet with the solid doors. Shuttle service was available exactly at times we requested going and returning! Brunch was impressive. Fun beer tasting in lobby at check-in. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Pricey, but comfortable.
We had never been there before, and for our weekend get away i booked here. Its more than we usually pay but it was nice. Extra for everything, parking, valet, and we were told we had breakfast included when i reserved the room. Well be aware, if your reservation says breakfast, it may be a cold food only , or the whole brunch. I was told we had the whole brunch, but when we sat down for breakfast, they told us our reservation did not come with brunch. The manager said she was sorry and made it right. We got the whole brunch. I dont know if it was the hotels fault or hotels.coms fault. I heard another table with the same issue. So either book straight through the hotel or be sure to ask when you check in.

First time we stayed at this hotel. Good location for where we needed to go; walkable. Hotel is pet friendly, which is great. Unfortunately our room had dog hair on the floors & rugs. I have allergies & were not told our room was pet friendly. Even if a dog was there, it should have been vacuumed better.

No reservation for prepaid room
The hotel was fantastic however despite I prepaid for my room, hotels.com canceled my reservation according to the hotel. They were sold out and no record of my room. I supplied my receipt and information so they honored it however it was awful to have prepaid and have no reservation available. There was a lot of confusion when we arrived.

Review
Overall its a nice place and we were comfortable. The service in the roof top bar wasn't so good. I understand they were busy, but we never did get our food. Then we were told we couldn't order any more drinks because they were too busy. I also EXPECTED FREE coffee in the mornings. Having to buy and WAIT forever for a simple cup of coffee is unacceptable to me. I understand its a business, but no COFFEE unless you buy it, is ridiculous. We only stayed there because of other family there. This is our 2nd time staying in Lincoln and we will be staying at the other place next time.which also has a full free breakfast We also don't like not having access to our car. It worked out and valet did a good job but we don't like that.
