THIS WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD, THE ATTENDANT "PREANA" WAS VERY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL LOUD & OBNOXIOUS NOT TO MENTION SHE IS A LIAR! I ONLY INFORM HER THAT I AM ALLERGIC TO DOGS . AS I WAS HAVING AN ALLERGIC REACTION WITH AN ITCHY THROAT SHE PRECEDED TO MAKE SNARRY REMARKS ABOUT NOT REFUNDING WHILE LAUGHING. I TOLD HER TO STOP TALKING TO ME, SHE JUST IGNORE THE HEALTH RISK ! I ASKED HER HOW QUICKLY COULD AN AMBULANCE GET THERE IF MY ALLERGIES GOT WORST. I DIDNT HAVE AN ALLERGY PEN! SHE THEN STATED THAT I WAS BEING RUDE TO HER AND NEEDED TO LEAVE THE PREMISES. I EXPLAINED THAT IM NOT BEING RUDE BUT SHE SHOULD WATCH HOW SHE IS SPEAKING TO ME. I TOOK THE KEY PAD WENT TO MY ROOM THEN DECIDED IT WAS SAFE FOR ME TO STAY ! BECAUSE HOW THE ATTENDANT "PREANA " WAS BEHAVING. I WENT TO TOWNEPLACE SUITES IN ALLEN PARK, IT WAS A MUCH BETTER PLACE, CLEANER, AND PLEASENT ATMOSPHERE.... I WAS IN THE AREA FOR BUSINESS I DO NOT AND WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE FOR ANY REASON THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE AND THE HOTEL HAD A VERY FOUL SMELL IT ANIMALS THEY NEED TO CLEAN BETTER

I checked in early on Tuesday morning which the clerk informed me there would be no issues my check out time was for Wednesday morning at 10am . Well I had several knocks on the door waking me up then the front desk called me down saying I would have to pay an additional $60 for my stay or I would have to leave . Never got a full rest with checking in early morning Tuesday and made to leave a day before my checkout after being told I had already paid full price

Hotel was clean and quiet. We only stayed in the hotel for about 6 hours so i cant give too much insight. The complimentary breakfast was a little disappointing. But other than that, everything was great.

The third party charged me for my room, and when we got there, because of some miscommunication, my room was cancelled. However the hotel made up for this!! They were amazing! They even decorated our room, it was SO nice! We will definitely be back! Thank you!

Upon check in, the front desk clerk was not hospitable what so ever. I'm not sure if he was dealing with something personally, but I got the impression he didn't want to be there. The lighting in our room was very poor. There was only one small lamp in the room. The electrical sockets in the wall nears our headboards weren't working correctly. The bar soap they have in the bath rooms, are literally the size of a casino chip. I didn't get a text from the hotel informing us that the pool was out of order, until after we checked in. My wife and I stayed at this property a couple years ago shortly after it became the Leo. The f\first experience was great. Coming back years later, I must say thing definitely have declined since.

Decent hotel
The hotel was pretty good. We started for 2 nights. The floors in our room were extremely uneven and creaked whenever you walked around, so we heard every footstep whenever any of us got out of bed. Overall, the hotel was decently clean but seemed like it was aging and they added a facade to make it look nice. We enjoyed our stay but likely won't be going out of our way to stay here again.
