Have been a customer for years and now that it is freshly renovated I like it even more. There was just one incident with one of the front desk ladies that was not very helpful finding a package for me in the package room. Other than that I loved staying there this time around.

Hospitality at the Hampton
Our daughter ran the NYC Marathon last weekend. The Hampton was close to I-95 with highway access to GWB and also Staten Island and the Verrazano and Goethals bridges. There was a Target, Walmart, Wawa and Starbucks nearby. Also many other retail and restaurant options. The hotel reviews have not been so favorable in the past, but I think there has been a great effort to modernize the Hampton. The room was clean, updated and comfortable. The check in was great with friendly staff to help. We stay in NJ often with family in Brooklyn. I would definitely visit the Hampton again in the future.
