Good value rooms with mini kitchenettes.
This facility was located a bit away from towns, but since we had rented a car it worked well for us. We rented 3 rooms for 6 adults. It worked out perfectly for us. Parking was free and plenty of space. We would use this chain again.

Overall, nice and modern facility with all necessary amenities in place. Room was clean, but when we checked out, we found a bed bug on the mattress, and a few bleeding signs on the mattress cover, showing that the bed bug actually bit us! Personally I have never seen a bed bug for such a long time and thought it went extinct.

Expensive breakfast worse than a rip-off
The 11.90 Euro breakfast per person would already have been too expensive for what is a very basic buffet on a good day. Ours was a bad day. Our family of 4 arrived on time for breakfast, but nothing was available on the shelves. A very rude dinner lady claimed nothing was left. However this was clearly untrue, as after talking to reception, some ice-cold, inedible, scrambled eggs and some ham was provided. Despite us pointing out that this was far from a good breakfast, hotel did not take responsibility, or even apologize, for the lack of food or the bad service. This almost 50 Euro “breakfast experience” goes beyond bad service or daylight robbery. Since this happens much more often as other feedback shows, it borders on the fraudulent.

Deposit not received even after 3 days
When I left from Appart'City Strasbourg I was told that I will receive my deposit within 3 hours.After 3 days still not received my deposit.I contacted the hotel 2 times and no any answer from them.Communication is terrible.I will contact Expedia because they are not interested to answer to me.

Great place for families.
I was glad we had navigation to find the place late at night. Otherwise, happy with our stay. Good and comfortable place for the price with lots of parking. A store near the hotel. Great place to use as a base if you have a car and want to sightsee the area.

Convenient to airport, clean, great bargain.
Clean, spacious, comfortable room for a great price. Very convenient to Strasbourg and the airport and I stayed before an early morning flight. Not a whole lot to do in the immediate area, but there is a grocery store nearby. Perfect for what it is, check-in and check-out were a breeze and the hotel staff was very friendly.

Close to Airport
We chose this airport due to it's proximity to the Strasbourg Airport. We were surprised that it was still 30 euros for a taxi for only a 1-2 mile ride to the airport. The room had a kitchen area, living area, and bedroom area. The check-in staff was very friendly and even offered to print our boarding passes and arranged for a very early in the morning taxi pick-up. The bed was either a double or a very small queen. The condition of the room was a little surprising. The room was not in very good shape with sheetrock corner tape hanging loose and the toilet paper dispenser missing the rod that goes through the roll. But for what was basically a 6 hour stay, the proximity was the main reason for staying and if I ever find myself in the same situation again, I would consider staying here again.

They charge for everything!
First they charge for everything! They charge for parking, wifi, room cleaning, and breakfast. I know breakfast is a charge, but this breakfast was terrible for the price! It was very expensive and there was barely anything there and they never restocked items that were out. Don't bother paying for breakfast unless it's a matter of convenience. The staff was unhelpful and indifferent to our needs. We stayed here for the location to Strasbourg, but if you don't have a car, this hotel is not convenient at all, it's very isolated.

If you are okay to stay the room with the door broken, feel free to stay this hotel. What you can hear from the hotel, "Sorry but it is just your bad luck. There is nothing our hotel can do for you"

Average experience throughout the stay. Maid came to check twice on the door at 8:30AM and 9:00AM to see if we left. Check out is at 11AM. They could've wait till after 11AM to check if we left.

I would call it Sorry Appt'City Hotel
After a long and tiring car journey from London to Strasbourg we checked in at the hotel . We were given a room overlooking a water clogged balcony , which was smelling . On request this was changed to another room but to our utter dismay , the room key was not working to let us in . We reported this to the desk staff and asked for a change . He said that we should call him every time ( from the ground floor ) to attend when we want to get into our room . He said sorry we do not have another room and cannot do anything about it . As if this was not enough , we then had another shock awaiting us as both me and my wife found out that we had one pillow each and the pillows were as flat as pancakes ( almost as bad ) and when at 1am , after really struggling to sleep on it we asked the desk staff for another set of pillows , his response was again the same , sorry we are full and don't have any pillows left . All he could do was to report this to his manager in the morning . The following morning after a bad night with little sleep due to inadequate pillows , I discussed with the manageress and was shocked to hear that other guests too had faced problems with their door keys but had not complained barring us and as for the pillows , the hotel could not supply pillows as guests had stolen them and that they were awaiting a fresh delivery . Moreover I was told that not everyone uses 2 pillows and some people use flat / thin pillows as well .
