Very central to everything. We were able to get into our rooms a little early. We got lots of valuable information from the front desk at check in. The breakfast buffet was terrific! I would stay there again!

Hotel room was fine, mattress very firm. Area around the hotel flooded with aggressive beggars and drug dealers. They are incessant. Hotel recently renovated, but room was warm, air conditioning did not work.

In the center of old town
Over 50 restaurants easily. Located on a pedestrian street. We did not hear any street noise from our room facing the street. Would recommend the Be Hotel Lisboa. Only problem is not being dropped off close to the hotel and Uber drivers not knowing they can drive on the pedestrian street on off hours. If the front desk clerk did know where most of the Uber drivers wait, we would have missed our ride to the airport for a 7:00am flight. Thanks to the front desk clerk we made our flight

This hotel was in the perfect location for visiting Lisbon. We were able to walk to most of the main sites or walk to the tram stop or metro in minutes. A bit noisy, but we are in the city centre, that is to be expected. Our room was quite small, but having read the reviews before we booked, I was expecting that. The bed, for me, was too hard and uncomfortable, but that is a personal preference, others may like it. After the first night, we asked for a mattress topper and that helped. The only criticism I have is that there is no storage space in the room. There are 2 small nightstands that can hold a cup and book at most, a small round table to hold some cups, water bottles, maps. There is no place to put your clothing or lay out things. There is hanging closet space but not enough hangers (I did not ask for more hangers, I’m sure they would have supplied some). There were no cupboards or drawers at all to put away your clothing (Tshirts, socks, etc..). We were there for 5 nights and had to live out of our suitcase, with the room being so small, it was a challenge. They may have bigger rooms with more space, but not in our price range. If I were coming back to Lisbon for 1 or 2 nights, this is definitely where I’m staying, it’s perfect. For a longer stay, I might need to find someplace else since I don’t like living out of a suitcase..but if that doesn’t bother you, this is the perfect place.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was easy to find and is in a great location for exploring Lisbon. We were allowed to leave luggage which was helpful. Room was a good size, bar and restaurant area well kept and modern.

A good choice for those wanting to stay in the "thick of things." Staff was exceptionally helpful. Our room, if somewhat small, featured nice amenities and a very comfortable bed. It had a nice Juliet balcony that overlooked the streets below and the rooftops of adjacent buildings. The in-house restaurant featured some wonderful dishes for dinner and a good breakfast. Comfy.

I loved this hotel! The staff was wonderful. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and professional. I had a daily transportation question, and there was always someone ready to assist. The room was very nice and quite spacious by European standards. I was surprised by the size. We had chosen a deluxe room, but that doesn’t always translate to large. The hotel is on a street with many restaurants and shops, but it was so quiet, you would never know it. The rooms must be soundproof, because I never heard a sound from another room and the hotel was full or nearly full. It was a pretty, pleasant hotel in a convenient location, and we had a wonderful stay.
