Great location for getting anywhere, easy for trams and sightseeing. Staff were lovely and helpful, nice bar with good vibes, welcome drink a nice touch. Rooms nice but no hanging space for a dress so had to hang in bathroom which was annoying and had to ask for coffee refills but overall enjoyed it.

The room was very clean with some nice amenities like an expresso coffee maker, Marshall speaker for your music, fridge and plush towels. The staff helped us find excellent restaurants and places to go too. We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel but did enjoy the bar for cocktails.

The location, room, and breakfast were excellent. The cocktails were outstanding, but they took a long time to order and receive. This could be a good thing, though, since I probably would have had double the amount if they weren’t so slow.

The hallways were black and dirty. The doors were scratched on the outside. The staff was not helpful. The rooms were tiny. The food was OK outside is extremely crowded. It is a big tourist area. I would recommend staying outside of the center of Lisbon.

Beautiful hotel in centrally located Lisbon, with added plus of being on flat part of town. Staff were extremely attentive and polite! Lots of shops nearby, easy to get to excellent restaurants within 10-15 minutes walk. Would happily stay here again and again!!!
